Always wanted to try Bellydance? Now is your chance!
Learn one of the most ancient, feminine, and beautiful dance forms in the world in a traditional dance class format. Belly dancing is for everyone, all sizes, shapes and ages. During this course, fundamental movements and techniques of belly dance will be taught. Have fun enhancing femininity, while increasing muscle tone and control, and improving flexibility in an enjoyable learning environment.
There are so many Benefits of Bellydance, here are some great reasons to take a class: Gain confidence,grace, improve posture while increasing flexibility and strength. Lose weight and help tone muscles. Decrease stress and learn a dance form that is low impact with no ages restrictions!
A choreography will be taught in class and students will have the opportunity to perform at a session end show. Performing is optional, it is encouraged but not required.
No prerequisites, beginners welcome!
