• Completion of Secondary School required
• University Degree or College Diploma in business or related degree
an asset
• 1 year to less than 2 years office administration

Job Description:

CEC Canadian Equipment Company is recruiting one full time Office Manager to join their team as soon as possible. Position will be in Clyde, Alberta and the successful applicant must relocate to Clyde, Alberta.

Job Duties:
• Setup, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures or
enhance current procedures to support operation and business
effectively
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and
deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment,
supplies, filing, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and
security services
• Assist in the preparation of operating, sales, SG&A budget; maintain
inventory and budgetary controls; and budget planning and
forecasting
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals
and correspondence
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to
budgeting, contracting, sales, logistics and management processes
• Provide monthly profitability per customer, SG&A expense with
dimension analysis
• General administration of office including, collection call, account
payable, cash management, electronic; dealing with bank and
inventory count
• Follow-up and respond to clients, deal with clients or vendor as
required
