1987 14 ft Edson with a great running 20 HP Johnson for sale. It runs fantastic and literally needs absolutely nothing. Everything works as it should and everything is in perfect shape. You won't find another one in more perfect shape than this.
If you are reading this the boat is available and still for sale. I'm not desperate to sell this boat and have no problem putting it back in storage for the winter so any low-balling will be ignored. But I will definitely consider a fair in person offer and I will be more willing to give a better deal now then I will in the spring.
The boat has been meticulously cared for and professionally serviced yearly. Within the last 3 years it has had a brand new marine grade floor with marine grade carpet throughout. When the floor was being done the boat was professionally resealed by tig welding to ensure that it would never leak. I've had the boat docked for 2 weeks straight and it's dry. It also had three new chairs, all new wood on the seats and benches, two brand new batteries, new fuel pump, carb job, new cdi box, new spark plugs, yearly leg oil changes and a new impeller. It also had a custom fuse panel with a switch panel installed so that you can add a fish finder or lights or whatever you wish. The boat also has a motor guide 46 lb bow mount trolling motor with the proper breaker switch installed in the wiring as well. The boat also had a bilge pump installed. It also comes with two rod holders, spare spark plugs, synthetic two-cycle oil, and a full tank of gas. There is no cover/tarp, as it has always been stored inside my garage.
The trailer is the brand EZ Loader and has bearing buddies installed, good tires, a brand new spare tire, and the trailer had a wheel alignment to ensure the tires would wear evenly (yes, that's a thing). It also had the wiring completely professionally redone 2 years ago with heat shrink for all connections and LED submersible tail lights installed. The lights and wiring work perfectly. The trailer also has a transom saver. The ball size is 1 - 7/8.
The boat runs amazing and has never left me stranded. I would take this boat out tomorrow fishing. The only reason I am selling it is I upgraded to a 17 foot.
The boat is located 20 minutes outside the city and it will be on you to come out and see it as I'm not going to bring it to you to look at it. If the boat is paid upfront in full I will deliver it to Saskatoon for free.
