Seeking rental property for mature couple

I work in Devon, my wife is retired. We are very responsible, last two years, we've paid our rent a full year in advance. I like to take care of things myself, journeyman, red seal tradesman. Seeking place with a garage, no hurry to move. Outside space to park trailer would be good as well. Neither of us smoke, very light drinks. quiet. Would like to find a place we could stay at for a long term rental. Would also like to have a cat, we currently have no pets, no kids. Price is negotiable, can take care of property, have farm background.
