Bought new to convert in 2022. 14x 8x 8 high. Barn door style. Tandem electric brakes. Chose this well built, sturdy trailer over all those crappy built, over priced travel trailers. 2 full inches of insulation. Trimmed out and finished inside with t&g cedar and fir. Single bed as I am retired bachelor but could be easily converted to a double. Large portable water container under bed with 12V pumping to sink. Small grey water container under sink for easy dumping. Portapotty turned out to be way more convenient than a built in toilet. 16" deep shelved storage space behind barn doors.
On the electrical side... 3 100w solar panels on the roof. 4 100amp hr gel batteries in electrical cabinet with Renogy 3000 inverter/charger and 30A mppt controller. 115 V shore power connection with 30/15amp plug. All solar and electrical Renogy. 4 evenly spaced 115v plugs on 15A breaker + outside receptacle. 2KW diesel heater that sips fuel. 6 flush mount ceiling lights with individual push button switches. Marine rockers for indoor and outdoor lights and water pump. Small handy microwave and portable freezer/fridge. Midea 8000BTU portable AC plumbed to outside vent.
Includes stabilizer town system. Four corner drop down stabilizers. Tires at about half life with spare.
Trailer was $12000 and probably over $20000 invested. Not to mention a lot of hours in labour. Open to offers but won't reply to lowballs.
Come on over for a tour and a talk. Doug.
