Storage room FULL of preparedness/survival equipment and supplies, and some tools. Everything you need for completely independant, self reliant, off-grid living for at least 1 year. See inventory attached. All you would need is 4 walls and a roof. The only thing you may want to buy is a power generator (my Powerhouse went on the fritz a month ago), but the ECOFLOW will probably supply all your electrical needs anyway. I do not want to break up or sell parts - the whole lot must be cleared out of 8'x20' storage room. Some things are at my apartment also.
