I need some soil

I haven't quite been myself lately after losing the love of my life last summer. But I used to garden and would like to again. Soil I'd crazy expensive so I was just wondering if someone had some extra soil. My finances were destroyed when she passed as I scramble to cover bills every month now that there is only on income. I have spent my life working Child Protection , then the last 20 years working in 2 Treatment Centre's, a medical Detoxe and even a few years with Associated Ambulance. I'm basically broke and very heartbroken. I'm just asking if someone had some extra soil do I can get outside now and then to garden. It would be so much appreciated.
