Red dot powder. Powder and old steel powder container weigh a bit over 3 lbs. guessing there is 3 lbs of powder. It was put in to an old Win 571 can, purchased it this way. Powder is in good condition. Stored in a humidity controlled safe. May trade for other reloading components/tools or towards a rim fire, center fire or shotgun.
