Howdy Townpost. I've done up some bananas for you guys so you can now embrace your inner monkey at the range. These are essentially brand new Gen. 2 KCI 5/40 AK/RPK magazines with a fun paint job.
These were painted with a durable external use spray paint. The feed lips and wearing surfaces were masked off so there's no paint to come off or interfere dimensionally with the function of the magazine. The floor plate and the rails/tabs it rides on was also masked off so it wasn't painted shut either. The black contrast of the original color looks like the dark parts of the stem and bottom of an actual banana so it actually works out really well towards the total banana aethstetics. There's also a real Chiquita banana sticker firmly adhered to the magazine to complete the look. There's a light misting of light lime green near the top edges just like a real banana would have before becoming fully ripe.
These mags will fit in the SKS-D (mine pictured), the M10X series, and might require some fitting to fit in the WK-181 since Kodiak designed those things with odd magwell dimensions primarily with PMAGS in mind, but they'll probably work out of the box. These are all properly pinned to 5 rounds. These do come with a lifetime warranty from KCI too. And painting mags does not void this warranty by the way.
