A 22 RF PATTERN 1918 SHORT RIFLE made up for Land Service, this is the first rifle made from up from an original BSA SMLE Mk III. The .303 barrel was bored out and a .22 calibre liner inserted. Conversions were done by A.G. Parker & Co. Ltd. and Wey Richards & Co. The magazine has a .22 follower.The 25" Barrel has an excellent bore. Full Military Wood stocks have a lot of marks and dings but no cracks.The rifle functions as it should. Over all in very good shape.Not interested trades at this time.
