TownPost offers a range of advertising possibilities that allow for reaching out to our vast and growing audience of rural Canadians.

Top Ads

Top Ads appear at the top of the listings pages for that category and town. Example: If I post in the Sporting Goods section for Whitecourt, AB, my ad will appear at the top of results for both Whitecourt and for Sporting Goods. Whenever someone searches for ads by a particular keyword, Top Ads will appear at the top of results if they match the search term.

When you create an ad on TownPost, you can choose to upgrade to a Top Ad. Pricing is based on the number of days you want the ad to remain in the Top Ad positioning. There are automatic discounts for buying ads that will appear for longer durations.

Top Ad Bulk Buys

If you want to post a certain number of individual Top Ads over a period of time, you can pre-pay for these ads and get a discount (up to 20%). This discount will apply on top of any existing discounts based on the duration of the ads. Interested? Please reach out to us here

Banner Ads

If you want to promote to large sections of TownPost's user base, drive traffic to come to your website or social media link, or if you are offering a service or product that doesn't fit well with the classifieds format of TownPost (such as events), banner ads may be a good solution for you. Prices can be tailored to your budget and will depend heavily on what segment of the site's user base you are pursuing.

Recent Ads / Saved Searches

TownPost sends out approximately 50,000 emails per week to users who have opted in, with about 15,000 opens per week. We charge $300 per week to post a text-only ad (including a link of your choice). At most one ad is included per email send. Find out more by contacting us
