It comes with 5× Beretta OCHP (Optima Choke High Performance) chokes (F, IM, M, IC, C). The factory take-down ABS case, and all other original accessories (owner's manual, warranty card, choke removal key, oil bottle, sling swivel studs, etc.) are included as well!
