Maisie (Maltese/Yorkshire Terrier Mix) Hello, this is a pretty difficult situation for me. I am rehoming my dog because the tenants of the house I am renting do not approve of her. She has been lovely in the home for about a year but they are muslim and dogs are against their religion. They also do not want their house to be damaged in smell due to the wood tiles. Maisie is 1 years old and is properly trained to pee outside and pee on her pee mat inside when she cannot be let out. She is gentle, caring, cuddling, and very sweet. No aggression towards people and dogs. She is crate trained and enjoys staying in her crate even when the gate is opened for her. Very friendly and loves people, people tend to say she acts like a cat at times haha. She has been suffering with itching skin , therefore we have taken her to the vet to get tick and fleas medication and an allergy test to identify what is causing the issue. This will still be tested beforehand before given to the new owners as I want to make sure that is all in check. However I do have to rehome her and I want to start seeking potential owners. We are asking for $1300. This includes all her stuff such as toys, crate, pen, blankets, 2 beds, pee pads, food, etc. It would be lovely if the owners were also open to me visiting her once in a while as I have really grown attachment to her. She has not been vaccinated for her second year. A medical record can be shown. She is not microchipped , and we have not spayed her out of choice. We raise quality Yorkshire Terriers and Biewer Terriers. On occasion, we get an extra special little puppy that shows the qualities needed to be a companion &/or support dog. We then invest our hearts and time into the puppy, nourishing these character qualities. The result is a young puppy well-started in companionship &/or support and behavioral training. This very sweet little girl is exceptional. She has completely stolen my heart. While I was training her, I was going through my own difficult time with the passing of my Mother. As a result, she became my support dog and brought me so much comfort. I knew that I was unable to keep her, but the time I spent with her has been meaningful to me and the nourishing of her tender little heart will be passed on to her new owner. I trained her to sleep on the bed as many companion &/or support dogs are. What I discovered, is that she snuggles in so close. She must be touching her person at all times whether it is her neck in the nape of yours, a nose tucked under your hand, or snuggled in beside you. She stays quiet during the night and on occasion if she needs to go potty in the night, she gets off the bed herself and uses a pee pad. Typically, she doesn’t stir all night. She has a gorgeous thick and very soft coat. She is quiet but also enjoys being very playful. She is well-suited to someone with children and/or other small dogs as she has been in an environment with both, as well as introductions to cats and large (gentle) dogs. The initial puppy costs and vet expenses have been taken care of. In fact, we spent additional vet fees for X-rays, to prove that her skeletal structure is normal and healthy. She’s had 3 core vaccines and deworming. She has a clean bill of health with a veterinary health certificate. Our Vet costs are approx. $600. She 9.5 months old and approx. 7.5 lbs. She is pee pad trained and outdoor trained.

Hi! :) I've got excellent guard-dog puppies born today. I'm just posting today and they'll be ready to go May 26. A vet will come and do a home visit to check up . The dad is an American Staffordshire terrier Brindle and he's a great excellent healthy dog and very playful. He does his job at night and he just loves to play and go for runs. The mother is a Cane Corso/Bull Mastiff Brindle and she was purchased at high value amount and she's truly an amazing playful dog and she was kept with me at nights or in her giant kennel outside. When your breeding you got to keep your pets happy at all times. I've babied them and taken them places and car trained.
