I see the Paragon as being the technological descendant of the old Bellorussian PK-AS sight, a one power prism sight that through innovative use of lenses, seems to have a nearly non existent edge when you look through it. Thick opaque edges serve only to limit situational awareness. Competing brands and their prism sights are a miss due to large knobs… they are “good enough”. But the nearly invisible edge of the PK-AS and later on the Paragon discarded the idea that “good enough” was actually “good enough” in regards to situational awareness. Classic Mauser-style bolt-action rifle made by Zastava, chambered in .30-06 Springfield. Features a 24" barrel, internal magazine with hinged base plate, hooded front sight and flip-down rear sight. It is Japanese ED glass with Arken lifetime warranty. Everything is in pristine condition, never been mount or used. I just opened the box and checked it.
