1953 manufacturing date (serial# 1988048) on this Winchester model 94 rifle. 30-30 caliber. I have owned this for quite a few years, but I have never fired it myself. It has been a safe queen for me. It has had at least some light usage in its lifetime but has really maintained a very nice condition. The rifling still appears pronounced. The action seems solid. Samozaryadny Karabin Simonova Russian manufactured 7.62×39 caliber carbine. This edition was produced at the Izhevsk factory (arrow in triangle in circle factory symbol) in 1953. They only made these rifles in 1953 & 1954 at the Izhevsk factory. That makes this model version a more rare Russian model as opposed to the SKS's from the Tula factory which produced higher numbers, This rifle is in excellent shape with the rifling in great condition. Maybe a few very minor handling/storage blemishes. I have not fired the rifle and I have no way of confirming its history, but it looks to be in great condition. French Model 1874 T Back Sword Bayonet for use on the 11mm M1874 Gras rifle Manufactured at the French State Arms Plant of Tulle in August 1878 The Gras was the last of the French sword type bayonets and was manufactured from 1874 until about 1885. The Bayonet and Scabbard have matching Serial numbers 96363 The left side of the guard is engraved with what looks like half a written L and the numbers 96363.  The scabbard has the same mark and numbers on the left side. Above the number on the guard are 2 diamonds each with the letter B in them. The front of the guard just above the top of the blade has the letters L and P The pommel has the number 2 stamped inside at the base along with other stamps I have not identified. The top of the tang has what looks like a C6 stamped in it. The back of the blade is engraved with M d’Armes de Tulle Aout 1878   The Spring Lock works as designed.   Overall Length – with blade in scabbard  - 25 7/8” Length of Bayonet – 25 3/8” The blade has never been sharpened.
