Howdy Townpost. I've a neat old single shot 12 gauge made by Savage. It has a nice and light tenite stock that was sanded at one point to give it a matte finish. The shotgun is very tight and not off the face at all. The gun is very light and handy sitting 5.73lbs. It has a 12 gauge 2 3/4in, 28in full choke barrel. The patent number is molded into the plastic stock interestingly enough. The black paint on the trigger guard is flaking of a little. The shotgun is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime. It's pretty short when broken down, and is light so it should be relatively inexpensive to ship. If you live in Alberta I do get around the province a fair bit throughout the year, so if I happen to be heading to your area maybe we can do a meet up along the way on my travels to save you the shipping costs. Glass is in great shape scratch free, and all the included hardware like the shim plate and the two different screw lengths are still with the optic. Only thing is I don’t have unfortunately is the original box or manual. This 12g is in good shape for being made around 1907. It’s made by Marlin for the National Fire Arms Co and is identical to an 1898 model Marlin for TakeDown steps. Some say it’s a Model 21 Marlin. We have left the investigation to the new owner as well as the safety to shoot this nearly 120 year old shotgun is your responsibility. There is an old wrist repair that was well done and still solid. Make a great display piece, and comes with 1 brass 12g case with primer. Has a great patina on receiver, 50% blue remains on barrel. This is a cool take down gun with a 30” barrel and is a true piece of History!

WAS $1200 Now $1000 According to the serial number 161XXX, it puts the date of manufacturing to 1902, crescent butt plate, semi-buckhorn rear sight, all original except rear sight elevator is a replacement. Round 26" barrel, dark bore, good rifling, approx. 20% plum finish remains with lacquering on some of the metal. Dark walnut forend & stock (original) with the stock having a small piece missing from the left side and about a 1.25" old crack on the wood right side both near the bottom of the tang/guard (pictures are attached) but stock is still mounted solid to the tang. Action is still quite tight for it's age and old sling swivels had been added to the rifle at some point in it's younger years. Must have valid PAL to purchase and will be verified. This old Mauser 71/84 which is more commonly known as the Mauser 43 (11.15 x 60mmR) is an all original beauty. All numbers matching even down to the smallest screw. Winchester model 94 R.C.M.P. 30-30 commemorative 1873-1973 rifle unfired new in original box & wrapping.
