Hensoldt Wetzlar Scope with matching Scope Case. Very Scarce Hensoldt Wetzlar 4x28 scope on FAL / L1A1 SLR dust cover. The fence post reticle and glass are bright and clear with no marks. The almost perfect exterior finish is as manufactured with serial number 12-120-9556 embossed. It is has a great selection of adjustable parts, from the trigger pull, cheek rest height, butt stock pad length and base on the grip for a custom tuned shooting experience. This kit includes the rifle, scope, bipod, a supreme quality 60" drag bag, and several more additions to help your shoot go smoothly. Specs are as follows: 26" fluted barrel, 1:10" RH twist rate, threaded barrel with factory installed muzzle brake, (1) 6 rd detachable box mag, 51" o/a length, about 16 lb dry weight (rifle alone), 18" Picatinny rail system, and Savage AccuTrigger with 1.5-6 lb adjustable pull. Scope is a Barska 6-24x50mm with a sun shade, illuminated reticle and measures at 21" long. It sure does look at home mounted on top of this gun! The case is a 60" drag bag from Voodoo Tactical with backpack straps, carrying handles, many outer and inner pockets, divider for carrying 2 rifles, and almost deserves its own ad. SOLD. $800 Not sure of the year but guessing from The 70’s. Real low round count for the age. Sounds like it sat in a safe for over 30 years with a good coat of oil. Excellent condition. Only thing I’ve changed on it was the butt pad. The original was rock hard. Put a rubber butt pad that absorbs some recoil. Scope is nothing special. Red Ram 4x32. It was still zeroed for 200 when I took it to the range though. If I was keeping it, think that’s the only thing I’d change but this would be a perfect starter hunting rifle as is. .308 win still reasonable $ and will put down most big game if you know how to shoot. Have seen some other PH listed on here before that are not in nearly this condition for $700. This one is like new. Asking $800. Text is the best way to reach me. I can’t always take a call.
