This company is Chinese , like any sub 1k optic, there are some good YouTube videos torture testing it, definitely beefy. It's pretty heavy with a built in mount but it is tough and the glass is very clear. I tried it with .308 and .223 and its fine with decent eye relief and a daylight bright reticle. I compare the quality and glass as a bit better than the Strike eagle or Primary Arms of similar price range. The Red Dor is a 2 MOA Primary Arms, solid little unit. Ill accept a reasonable offer of course.

Up for sale is a Winchester model 70 called " The Westerner " . The rifle  is actually engraved from the factory "The Westerner".   I have done research and can't seem to find anything out about what why these were made or what it meant. They seem to be extremely hard to come by.  This rifle is in excellent shape and has seen hardly any use. It's in easy to get ammo .243. It has a very smooth action and has a blind 5 round mag that opens from the bottom to empty out.  The wood is beautiful  with some marks. I have taken some pictures to show it.  It comes with the rings , bases and a Simmons 3x9x40  scope mounted and sighted but should be fined tuned to your preference.  From my research the " Westerner " rifles are fitted with a 2 inch longer barrel, scroll work done on the receiver, checkering done in the stock . Not pressed checkering , actual checkering. A different lighter colored wood, then the usual dark wood stock of Winchester. I do not want to get messages that this is a low end $ 700 Winchester as that is not the case. You will be ignored with EXTREME PREJUDICE! I'm allergic to STUPID, and I break out in SARCASM. So you have been warned. The asking price is $1500 + shipping obo. The pictures don't do this rifle justice as she really I a beautiful rifle.  You can try trades. Looking for a pump or semi action shotgun for hunting  that does 3inch plus shells.  Also looking for a Remington model 700 in .270 or 30.06, with a detachable magazine system. Selling as i have less time to shoot rifles and this one deserves to go to someone who will shoot it. I know there is varying reviews on these conversions. My understanding is most (possibly all) were done by century arms and some cycled and some did not. Do your own research please. This one has cycled 125rds of the lake city ammo for me and I don't recall any failures. Both mags did work. Can't guarantee any other ammo as I only tried the one. At the time I acquired this rifle the original scopes were either unavailable or very expensive. I found the vomz played the part. The front is attached with an original ring and a bushing. The back I had to make a scope ring to clamp the back in place. It's machined aluminum painted black. There is just enough room to slide the scope on and off its rail without having to remove the scope from the mount.
