Howdy Townpost. I've a neat old single shot 12 gauge made by Savage. It has a nice and light tenite stock that was sanded at one point to give it a matte finish. The shotgun is very tight and not off the face at all. The gun is very light and handy sitting 5.73lbs. It has a 12 gauge 2 3/4in, 28in full choke barrel. The patent number is molded into the plastic stock interestingly enough. The black paint on the trigger guard is flaking of a little. The shotgun is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime. It's pretty short when broken down, and is light so it should be relatively inexpensive to ship. If you live in Alberta I do get around the province a fair bit throughout the year, so if I happen to be heading to your area maybe we can do a meet up along the way on my travels to save you the shipping costs. Tikka T3X Stainless stee. I purchased this riflel 3 years ago and havt used it for a year because of eye problems. I have the new original stock and magazines as I purchased A custom stock, tri-pod, 3 -10 round magazine.A rail 6 screw nightforce rings and a Night Force NSX 5.5 x 22 scope.I am 78 and I get 1/2 inch or better 5 shot groups with factory loads fro Canadian tire with this set-up. Winchester Model 1894 Ref #1041. Early five digit serial number. Dated 1897. This Winchester is a lever action, sporting rifle, octagon barrel, full mag. Dated 1897 Stock is excellent, appears original. A few marks. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 26” long with sights intact. The read sights are intact and appear original. Bore is very nice, no obvious corrosion, does not appear to have ever seen black powder. Rifling throughout. Bluing is 40-50%. There are bumps and scratches on metal expected on a plus 125-year-old firearm. The drivers side receiver has a few light scratches and bangs. Screws have been used but are still usable. There is one on the loading port side that may have been a replacement. The lever functions well, safety checks out and the trigger pull, and drop are good. Firing pin is evident and protrudes when pushed on. Ejector is intact and tight, and magazine follower functions correctly.  Overall, I grade this firearm as good and should be fully functional. I don’t see many from this time frame with bores looking this good. I did not test with snap caps or fire. Only reasonable offers are considered. Low ball offers will not be responded to. Small tang crack 1” long, and a minor chip gone at tang. Forearm has an app. 2” crack and a few very minor cracks. The stock has typical bang marks. Finish appears original or period correct. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 26” long with sights intact, rear sight may have been replaced at one time, again period correct. Bore has black powder corrosion but it’s clean now and has rifling top to bottom. Bluing appears original and app. 75-85% throughout. There are bumps and scratches on metal and evidence of minor surface rusting. Screws have been used, but in very good shape. The lever functions well, safety checks out and the trigger pull, and drop are good. Firing pin is evident and protrudes when pushed on. Ejector is intact and tight, and magazine follower functions correctly. Overall, I grade this firearm as very good and should be fully functional. I did not test with snap caps or fire. Stock is in good shape, forend has a few chips missing next to metal, the rear stock is excellent, finish is period correct. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Marswells model 1914 pump action 12 gauge. Has an external hammer, bead sight, wood stock, full choke. From the research I’ve done online this gun is likely over 100 years old but I can’t seem to narrow it down to the exact year. The gun fires well, even slam fires. Sometimes a round will get caught in the action if you don’t cycle it fast enough. Tube magazine holds 5 3inch shells. The left side of the tube magazine has a hole near the end but it’s doesn’t affect the function of the gun at all, purely aesthetic. I don’t hardly use the gun, tend to usually reach for my newer ones. That’s my reason for selling. Located near Sangudo Alberta, roughly an hour north/west of Edmonton. Look at this early war survivor! The Stock matches the breach as well as the bolt! You don’t see that too often! This is a two groove barrel in good condition nice and clean. Also comes with a Canadian C broad Arrow 1942 marked original sling. The stock is in very good condition. However, the wrist does have a small armoury repair.
