1 bedroom for rent in a laid back, relaxed atmosphere, family home, on a country acreage in Calmar, Ab. Room can come furnished/unfurnished. The Edmonton Intl. Airport is a 25 min drive. Wizard Lake is 5 minutes down the road, and is gorgeous in the summer time! Room includes wifi, laundry, full use of kitchen and living room. The room has a semi-private entrance and bathroom, as well as coat closet. There is a basic Home Gym set up in the house, BBQ on the porch, fire pit area, and above ground 16ft. Pool in the summer...Plenty of parking, heated garage used for working on occasional projects (additional cost above rent, depending on situation), as well as Horse Boarding facilities (barn, heated tack room, 60ft round-pen with lights, outdoor ring 110x 140ft, group field board, smaller individual turnout.) No smoking in the house, but outside/rest of the property is fine). The room will only be considered to a person working full time, and that doesn't work from home. Work references are mandatory. Security/Damage deposit is equal to one months rent. Willing to rent short or long term. Applicant must be tidy and contribute to household chores. I'm not crazy on indoor pets, especially if a person works out of town, however it may be considered for the right person, with a pet deposit.
