Photo of ANTIQUE SHINY .455/.476 Webley WG Army Retailed by Esteemed John Rigby of London
$5995
ANTIQUE SHINY .455/.476 Webley WG Army Retailed by Esteemed John Rigby of London
Selling because cash is tight and I have another - don't miss your chance to add this beautiful investment to your collection. This superb Webley WG Army specimen was made by P. Webley & Sons circa 1896 chambered in .476 Eley and .455 Webley, and sold by the famed John Rigby & Co. in London. Established in 1775, John Rigby & Co remains to this day a staple of the fine firearms market. Their role in this piece's history adds even further to collector value. These revolvers were very popular private purchases among sportsmen and higher ranking officers around the turn of the 20th century up through WW1 as reliable, accurate, and elegant handguns. With an impressive 6" barrel and mirror-bore rifling, this is a collector's or target shooter's dream. I can add a box of 50 factory new Fiocchi Heritage .455 Webley rounds with purchase of the revolver if you have a PAL. If you don't want these rounds, take $100 off asking price. As a pre-1898 antique, this can be owned and used without any registration or headaches. Visually this revolver retains most of its original shiny dark blue finish with scattered minor loss from 130 years living. The trigger, hammer, ejector, cylinder release mechanism, and hinge screw have a shiny silver "in the white" finish giving a proud and bold contrast. The original checkered square bottom hardwood grips are solid, showing some minor dings and a tiny chip on the right. Sharply stamped "WG Army Model" on the top strap with calibers ".455/.476" Webley and Eley, and the W&S winged bullet logo on the left of the frame. The barrel is hand etched with the retailer address "JOHN RIGBY & Co. 72 ST JAMES'S St LONDON S.W.". The serial 13XXX places manufacture in the mid-late 1890s and makes this one of the most modern antiques you can get. The bore retains shiny, strong rifling with scarce patches of wear. The action functions excellent in single and double action, leaving nothing to be desired. The cylinder indexes and locks up with almost no wiggle for reliable firing and the timing is excellent. Comes with FRT antique papers and repro leather Webley holster. Can come with box of Fiocchi .455 Webley ammo if you have a PAL. Call any time or local meetup Calgary or Vancouver depending where I am. Ships Canada No PAL, 18+ Check my ads for more antiques! I make no claims about the safety of shooting ANY antique. Photo of ANTIQUE (no PAL) Fantastic Shiny Short 3.5" Barrel .41 Colt 1877 Thunderer Revolver made 1880
$3150
ANTIQUE (no PAL) Fantastic Shiny Short 3.5" Barrel .41 Colt 1877 Thunderer Revolver made 1880
For sale is my a mechanically great, all matching, 1880 production short barrel "Shopkeeper" Colt Thunderer in .41 LC. Selling because cash is tight. As an Antique, this handgun is exempt from Canadian licensing and registration requirements, and can be used anywhere a nonrestricted firearm would be legal. Black powder or light load smokeless .41 Long Colt rounds can be purchased online or worked into deal. The 1877 line of revolvers was Colt's first double action model ever produced. They made almost 170,000 from 1877 to 1909 with three main designations: the Colt "Lightning" in .38 LC, the "Thunderer" in .41 LC, and the "Rainmaker" in .32. However, due to Canada's laws, only the .41 caliber ones are designated as "antique". This is luckily one of those guns, and it needs no registration or licensing to own. These models are highly collectible handguns, particularly the short barrelled "Shopkeeper" model due to its easy to stow nature. Arizona Wild West gunslinger Doc Holiday carried one of these. This particular example, SN 22261, was produced rather early in 1880 and has a short but accurate 3.5" barrel. All parts match, and the exterior retains an excellent 85% of the original nickel. The internal mechanics are incredibly clean and original. The bore is fair with strong defined rifling. Grips are nice like-new repros with rampaging Colt medallions. All hammer clicks are present, lockup is rock solid, and the trigger pull is pleasant in both SA and DA. The barrel is stamped with the Hartford Connecticut Colt address and the acid etched "COLT D.A. 41" is still visible. The left side of the frame displays the 3 line 1871, 1874, and 1875 patents. It reads "41 CAL" on the trigger guard. Can work ammo into deal with PAL No PAL required for revolver Must be 18 Comes with FRT page Ships within Canada Check out my profile for more antique handguns! I make no claims about the safety of firing ANY Antique firearm. Consult with a gunsmith first.

Photo of Antique shiny BLACK BEAUTY Colt 1878 Frontier Revolver in .476/.455 Webley
$5250
Antique shiny BLACK BEAUTY Colt 1878 Frontier Revolver in .476/.455 Webley
*Sold* Parting with my Colt 1878 revolver. She's single and double action, chambered in .476 Eley which is interchangeable with .455 Webley. These revolvers were most commonly chambered in .44-40 Winchester and dubbed the "Frontier Model", with the .476 chambering being very scarce. They were introduced in 1878 as a larger frame, larger caliber twist on the new Colt 1877 Thunderer/Lightning model, filling a niche most similar to the 1873 Single Action Army, but this time in double action as well. Selling to clear up some moolah for car repairs. Pre-1898 Canada legal antique. This revolver was made in 1885. It has the desirable Pall Mall one line address on the barrel reading "COLT’S PT.F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A. DEPOT 14. PALL MALL LONDON" with most words still visible. This address is a rarity and was only put on guns intended for the European markets. Serials match 15xxx, with the last 3 digits stamped on the cylinder. The loading gate is a replacement. This gorgeous revolver has an extremely nice black finish with shiny nickeled highlights on the hammer, trigger, and hammer screw. The visual condition speaks for itself. A stunning piece sure to catch eyes, and assurance that the metal will remain protected. The rifling is still strong and defined, showing some scattered frosting. The grips appear original, and are sturdy with minor holster wear on the high points from time on the hip. The action is great. The internals are shiny in factory condition. The cylinder locks up airtight at firing position. I have never seen an 1878 or 1877 with tighter lockup. In the unique fashion of the 1878 model design, this revolver has no cylinder stop allowing slight backrotation when you disengage the action, but it still generally cycles. The loading gate is a bit wobbly, contributing to backrotation. You can read more here: https://www.americanrifleman.org/content/colt-1878-revolver/ A beautiful collector piece and functional revolver. Don't be a stranger, feel free to call or text if you have any questions. Comes with .455 Webley ammo for $125 if you have PAL. Photo of Rare Antique Early Production Type I Remington Model 95
$3900
Rare Antique Early Production Type I Remington Model 95
This is a Rare Antique Remington Early Production Type I, A.K.A. The Double Derringer. Remington produced around 150000 model 95’s between 1866 and 1935. There were only around 1600 produced before the addition of an extractor. Making this one the hardest to find for collectors. This type is marked “E.Remington & Sons, Ilion, N.Y.” on one side of the barrel rib and “Elliot’s Patent Dec. 12, 1865” on the other. Later models would see the addition of an extractor and the barrel address moved to the top rib. This has a 3” barrel, is chambered in .41 rimfire and has a spur trigger. There are a a few light handling dings and almost no original finish left. The grips are in fine condition. Mechanically it is still very strong with the action working and cycling as it should. The hinges are intact. There is a slight play in the lock up which would be a fraction of a millimeter. These were carried by many people in the Wild West as they were easily concealed. Wild Bill Hickok is said to have carried a pair of these at times. This would make a great addition to a Remington collection and could be the centre piece to any collection. this is an antique so no PAL is required for purchase. Buyer must be 18 and able to prove it. Shipping is available at buyers expense. All used firearms should be inspected prior to any form of use. Short term layaway options are available.

Photo of Antique (no PAL) RARE Unwin & Rodgers "NON-XLL" Knife Pistol Handgun with Folding Trigger
$3200
Antique (no PAL) RARE Unwin & Rodgers "NON-XLL" Knife Pistol Handgun with Folding Trigger
Price drop from 3650 Dec 1! This is an incredibly rare antique Unwin & Rodgers NON-XLL folding knife pistol from the mid-1800s, chambered in a 28 caliber rimfire. Based on dimensions it should accept 25 Stevens rimfire. This is a pocket knife to put all Swiss Army knives to shame, packing a big punch with a folding trigger single action handgun. It is a very collectible piece, and hard to come by in this condition. It would have probably been owned or given as a gift to a relatively wealthy businessman as an elegant approach to utility and self defense. In the 1841 Sheffield trade directory, Unwin and Rodgers advertised themselves as “manufacturers of spring knife cutlery, including lancets, scissor knives and pen machines, pistol knives, American and Indian hunting and self-defense knives.” The theory is that the NON*XLL markings, when read aloud, translate into the phrase “Non-excel,” signifying that the Unwin and Rodgers knife pistol had no peers. Read more here: http://www.johnbhenry.com/store/p152/UNWIN_%26_RODGERS_NON-XLL_KNIFE_PISTOL_%281170%29.html As a pre-1898 Antique collectible, this can be owned by anyone over the age of 18 without any registration or paperwork, and can be fired pretty much anywhere a non-restricted gun would be acceptable. This British made knife pistol is in beautiful condition, with the steel in amazing condition on both the blades and the barrel also. It has carved horn grips, a beautiful shiny barrel, and an even sheen on the knives with no rust. Where many old knives have been sharpened and worn down over the decades, the blade profiles are still original and incredibly sharp. The left grip has a small crack where the rivets are, but it is still very stable and solid. It has multiple Birmingham proofs, and is signed on both blades. The trigger and both knives fold and unfold very cleanly. It is about 10 inches long when the knives are opened. The mainspring is very strong, and all functions correctly in the action and ejector. It has a storage compartment for keeping shells, cleaning patches, and spent casings. The blades are in fantastic shape, especially at over 160 years old. No PAL required, 18+ Ships anywhere in Canada I make no claims about the safety of ANY antique firearm. Check with a gunsmith if you have concerns! Check my ads for more awesome antique handguns! Wanted: antique six shooter types etc
WANTED( not by fhe “man”): to buy or sell gold old silver US/bullion valuables straight cash for single action/double action old antique six shootet styles or others for example the Peacemaker types and any others in good condition but need any sold to be compatible with current ammos in centerfire type rounds however it’s possible that it would need to come disabled ie without the pin installed to be actually legal also if it’s not registrable than it is grandfathered already and am willing to take any of these kinds off someone who has one they either had handed down or don’t want as I’m a collector of not just arms but relics and antiques that often get sold and hidden by museums or end up lost in some landfill or at best a hidden collection this is specifically meant to be for my family business as anything of that age and from historically permitted period percussion arms are a big part of my grandfathers original business as are shipwreck memorabilia. Most of these are over 100 years old anyway but the ammo should be relarively the same and purchasable. As modern specific arms currently have embargoes, though the laws will likely change and get better once our corrupt dictatorship is gone. With resignations owners and shops are essentially just waiting for the laws to change back or get even better just an fyi. i spoke to shop owners and gunsmiths directly who know more than most about the situation. I will only take direct trades and im not gonna transfer funds first to some scammer - and I need to see the quality also various calibers are still allowed and there are legal ways of transferring many older hand arms. The embargo is based on the recent makes not the caliber necessarily. I know the laws and am not interested in debating what is what because I already learned many times over what is still doable and allowed… Looking to buy or sell gold old silver US/bullion trade of valuables straight cash or both for older styles of single/action semiauto or double action revolvers ie Peacemaker colts are top of my list and single action is preferred in long or shorter barrel but decent enough calibers in other makes that are reliable enough to hunt with and yeah people hunt with good single actions due to accuracy and taking time, but for now its for safety in large property and target shooting obviously however i am also interested in short arms like the ranch hands with a full stock minimum and with a good ring/swivel or carry system even a decent strap w/quick release and back/side holster and belt or inner chest holster for for any antique or upgraded revolvers throughout 38/357 preferably for the smaller arms may be up for the classic .45 pissibly newer type semis in 9/45 …it all depends on what is good & you are willing to part with or have to sell/trade that is interesting though the older the better as a collector, grandfathered is again most preferred if its nonscript while still restricted there are still protections for us around that, used condition is fine as long as its a solid arm with no missing parts or kinks, bumps bruises scratches are fine within reason given character. ive been a Sr Cybersec and international investigator for 20+ years in the private sectors but worked closely with Dallas Sheriffs/S.S./FBI field offices and others like Interpol. due to my work and as much as they tell us it isnt a right in Canada its only because they twist our Charter around just because it doesn't specifically mention GUN protection at arms could mean stick and that is our governments ba argument remember that it is your right, besides you always lose your best ones on fishing trips they just fall into the lake constantly its crazy how that keeps happening to me. Also in the market for decent and reliable long shortbows preferably stronger the better with rest site but minimal breakpoint wood is good or takdowns extra string/ers knocks arrows tips fletches and a good quiver potentally not really into compounds but am into also recurves old school with a decent enough draw on all to hunt mid range game at a fair distance easiest set up the better but while my back is still out im paying extra for delivery so if you have multiples if arms/bows im willing to make it worth your while if its all quality. again: Know your rights and freedoms and don't give up or in ever - its all in the Bill. They are suppose to be infallible and yet gov. seem to have violated almost every single line in our Charter when it comes to just living. Digressing; hit me up if you have anything old/like new/grandfathered especially.I have my RPAL at all times and am discreet with dealings as these are legal private transactions based on our legal rights and freedoms. Happy shooting. Stay safe and stay strapped. ty

1804 Pedersoli Potsdam Musket. Antique..NO PAL REQUIRED
I have a mint Pedersoli 1804 Potsdam Musket (smooth bore) in .75 (calibre)It is in immaculate condition with no rust or pitting. As it is a flintlock, it is listed as an antique so, no PAL is needed to own or possess this musket. Asking $1,500.00. Offers welcome. Local deals are preferred as shipping will be quite expensive for the buyer. So, I've had several comments that Antique firearms DO require a PAL and that I'm crazy. Well I am crazy but not about this subject. FYI Criminal Code of Canada Section 84(1) antique firearm means (a) any firearm manufactured before 1898 that was not designed to discharge rim-fire or centre-fire ammunition and that has not been redesigned to discharge such ammunition, or (b) any firearm that is prescribed to be an antique firearm; (arme à feu historique) Regulations Prescribing Antique Firearms Prescription 1 The firearms listed in the schedule are antique firearms for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition antique firearm in subsection 84(1) of the Criminal Code. Photo of ORIGINAL 1880's ANSON MILLS CARTRIDGE BELT & PATENT 1881 MILLS/ORNDORFF " OLD RELIABLE " BUCKLE
$500.00
ORIGINAL 1880's ANSON MILLS CARTRIDGE BELT & PATENT 1881 MILLS/ORNDORFF " OLD RELIABLE " BUCKLE
I am downsizing my antique gun and militaria collection to move into a much smaller house with a much smaller gunroom.......offering an original 1880's Mills pattern , woven ammo belt with a rare 1881 Patent Mills/Orndorff brass " OLD RELIABLE " buckle and retainer. The loops hold .40 to .45 caliber rounds and included are twenty .44-90 Sharps bottleneck cartridges. Please view the photos closely as the belt has been well used and has some damaged loops and earlier field repairs.....I have always refrained from doing any repairs or "enhancements" to my original antiques as the wear and tear is a natural part of its history and character. The cartridges are not original but are repro brass which was purchased about 45 years ago and which I loaded with black powder and some very old primers which were purchased about 50 years ago ( used for display purposes only ). The belt and attached buckle were purchased by me in 1967 at an Ohio gun show. The brass buckle has that beautiful patina which only time can create and it does have a few dents from honest wear and tear.....contact me if you interested and need more photos, or different angles, as the website only allows 10 photos. This is a rarely encountered ensemble.    I am willing to ship at "BUYER'S EXPENSE" but it will need to be by a trackable and insured method, or I offer local pick up --- OF COURSE I CANNOT SHIP THE BLACK POWDER CARTRIDGES WITHOUT REMOVING THE POWDER AS THEY ARE CLASSED AS EXPLOSIVES.......THIS COULD BE POSSIBLE AS I HAVE NEVER CRIMPED MY SHARPS CARTRIDGE RELOADS WITH PAPER PATCHED BULLETS. I am also in Red Deer one day per week and can arrange to meet there, or enroute, for delivery.
