Selling/trading a Ross Model 1905 in .303. Overall it's in nice shape. Was redone with new refinished wood, and parkerized steel. In nice shape throughout, a few normal dings and marks here or there. Comes with its original sights. Bore is in very nice shape. Will come with the original stock (no original handguard) which has original markings on it. Overall it's a nicely amateur refinished Ross. I have a Lee Enfield #4 Mark 1 1942 Longbranch .303 British WW2 battle rifle with all matching numbers including bolt stock and reciever!. With a LB spike bayonet 1-10 round magazine and a original sling for sale. Not sporterized and not refurbished!, original WW2 configuration purchased from a seller in Quebec asking $2500 o.b.o. located in Windsor Ontario Canada. And yes it is still a tack driver!. As far as I know everything that I bought is all WW2 parts that came with this rifle and was issued, this thing was there!, where I don't know!. WW2 Canadian history!, unfortunately the Veteran/Hero who was issued this is unknown. I tried to get some info from the seller but to no avail he did not have any further information. Maybe the serial # might add some future light to this relic of a darker time in world history if researched further.

I have a nice clean 1945 Sporter 303 British (S/N U39399) with a brass butt plate, leather sling with swivels, 4 detachable magazines, rifle case, trigger lock, Aimsport 3-9 x 32 scope (made in Japan). Rifle bore shows slight pitting but good crisp rifling, as per bore scope pic. Mechanically, everything works just as it should. Trigger breaks like glass at 4.5 lbs. Comes with everything needed (including ammo shown) to go for your next hunt. This rifle belonged to friend who no longer hunts. He had the rifle for over 40 years. It belonged to his uncle prior to being passed down. Other than that, I don’t know anything else regarding its history. Thanks for looking, text is best for the quickest response.
