less than 300 shot count This is a very interesting custom build prefit barrel for Defiance Ruckus, Anti/X, and Tenacity actions. The blank used to build this barrel is the Bartlein 5R SS. It is 13.5 inches long and has a diameter of 1.25 inches (FTR class spec), it weights 4.1lbs and the twist is 1:10. The reamer used to make this barrel is the 308 Win 2013 FTR Team by Manson Precision. The Chamber has a long throat so it can accept super long cartridges. It shoots the 185gr bullets extremely well. Attached are two developed recipes for this barrel and you can expect very small groups. The brass I used for this barrel was 7mm-08 formed 308win which is common for the 2013 US FTR Team chamber. Ave. velocity is 2450 fps for the 185gr bullets. This barrel was built to combine requirements for bench rest shooting and hunting. It heats up much slower and has a reasonable weight for a hunting build. All shots I took from this barrel was recorded. I believe there are much room to improve the recipes but I just don't have the time to do it now. I can provide professional barrel installation (it is very easy for Defiance shoulder prefit anyway ;))

Started out at $1200 Now $950 (as of Dec 15th) SOLD to Sam According to the serial number 161XXX, it puts the date of manufacturing to 1902, crescent butt plate, semi-buckhorn rear sight, all original except rear sight elevator is a replacement. Round 26" barrel, dark bore, good rifling, approx. 20% plum finish remains with lacquering on some of the metal. Dark walnut forend & stock (original) with the stock having a small piece missing from the left side and about a 1.25" old crack on the wood right side both near the bottom of the tang/guard (pictures are attached) but stock is still mounted solid to the tang. Action is still quite tight for it's age and old sling swivels had been added to the rifle at some point in it's younger years. Must have valid PAL to purchase and will be verified. Selling/trading a few barrelled actions. These came in with a bulk deal, I do not know the history on them. as follows from top to bottom: 1. Swedish Nitro proofed action, Husqvarna 30-06 barrel. Bluing is in nice shape, shows normal marks and some sort of braze mark on the underside of the barrel. Bore is excellent. Bolt doesn't seem to move forward or back. 3 holes filled on the side of the receiver. Front sight still present and rear base. Bolt is not complete, missing firing pin, safety and cocking mechanism. 2. 1902 Carl Gustaf action, numbers matching barrel assumed to be 6.5x55. Bluing is in nice shape throughout. Front sight present and rear sight base, elevator/ladder is not. Bolt is stuck in place and looks to have a chip out of the rear section. Has a weld on the underside of the action. 3. Swedish Nitro proofed action, Husqvarna 30-06 barrel. Bluing is in nice shape, shows normal marks. Bore is in very nice shape. No bolt. Front sight still present.
