Bike is in very good condition. Engine is very strong. Original pipes, no rust or rot. Runs very good. Tires are in good shape. Chain and sprockets in good condition. Cons; Typical Honda fuel tank rust where sticker was. Decals are slightly faded. Tach needle broke, but still turns (just short) Has a Crack on left side panel. I still ride this bike on a regular basis. Will always catch people's attention.

We have a 2011 30’ class A motorhome for sale that we bought new from Woody’s in Red Deer, AB. We are in our late 70s and no longer need it. It has been mechanically perfect only needing a power steering seal a couple of years ago. It has, as-new, Michelin tires and windshield. The oil has been changed every year. Last summer (2024) we drove it to P.E.I. and it averaged 9.5 mpg (unit has about 33,000 miles…just before kilometres became law). Hi. We are looking to replace one of our hunting trailers, with one in the 18’ to 24’ range. It’s important that it be solid, no roof leaks, no mice signs, and the propane heater and stove need to work. The fridge, and water system do not, as it will be primarily used in October and November. The tires only need to be good one way to hunting camp then the trailer will be put up on blocks. Older used 5th wheel. We've upgraded to a new one. RV spent many winters in Mazatlan Mexico so the decals are very faded. Solar panels on roof, w/ inverter and 4x 6V battery bank, so camping off the grid is easy. Lots of newly replaced stuff including new awning fabric last year, hot water tank replaced 2 years ago, new axles, springs, bushings etc. (all running gear replaced.) New tires 2 weeks ago. A/C blows cold, furnace works good, all the lights work. 3 slides w/ rear living room. Air bag hitch for nicer ride. Central vacuum, slide out tray in basement for easy item access. Roof is in great condition, no water damage anywhere. Decent older trailer that just needs a little TLC. Needs seals on a couple slide outs. I have a few more pictures, ad would only let me upload 10. Thanks for looking. No trades, cash only.Would make a super setup on a lake lot or similar, can possibly deliver within reason.
