Anne Lodge DUTIES Directly reporting to the LPN Team Lead, the Health Care Aide will provide assistance with resident care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting & basic ADL, administering prescribed medications, documentation of resident’s daily progress, housekeeping (maintain general cleanliness of the facility on a shift basis) and participation in the residents individual care.
