Anne       Is seeking an individual to fill a full time position located in our facility in Onoway.   LPN Team Lead – Full Time - Permanent Onoway   Description: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the LPN Team Lead is accountable for: Program Management, Resident Health & Wellness, Human Resource Management, Quality Assurance and Health & Safety. This position entails a high level of interaction with personnel and residents. The LPN Team Lead is ultimately accountable to oversee the daily operations of the Personal Care Program.    Licensed Practical Nurse Specific Skills Monitor established care plans for residents; Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families; Administer medication and observe and document therapeutic effects; Take vital signs, apply aseptic techniques including sterile dressing, ensure infection control, monitor nutritional intake and conduct specimen collection as required; Provide nursing services within the defined scope of practice, to residents based on assessment and care planning procedures; Monitor residents progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult with appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team.   Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Repetitive tasks; Physically demanding; Manual dexterity; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking.   This position is required to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
