Selling an excellent hunting rifle. I’ve recently stopped hunting, which is the only reason for the sale. Rifle is built in an MDT HNT26 chassis (short action, ARCA rail, folding stock). Action is a Borden Alpine Magnum (right bolt, right port) with a 20 MOA rail. Barrel is a Krieger 26” 1:7.5 twist chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. Equipped with an adjustable TriggerTech Diamond trigger and an Insite Arms muzzle brake. Barrel has a very low round count (approximately 200 rounds) and has been used exclusively for hunting. Easily accommodates 2 rifles ( see photos ) ...... a great metal gun case ( if somewhat heavy construction ) which I purchased to hunt overseas. It has not seen much use ( actually only  1 flight on a hunting trip to New Zealand  carrying both a Malcolm scoped 16 lb., 32" barreled Sharps long range and an a scoped 10 lb. mid range ) , as well as a dozen or so trips by car to various gun shows in North America, at which I used to display various select arms from my Sharps and Remington Rolling Block collection. The sturdily built case weighs about 17.8 lbs. by itself and measures 53 1/2 " x 13 1/4 " x 4 1/2" . I have tried my best to photograph and show the few dents on both sides of the case. These are now in the $600 plus price range for a new one. YES, both keys still come with it!   I am willing to ship at buyer’s expense, or offer local pick up --- I am also in Red Deer one day per week and can arrange to meet there, or enroute, for delivery.

Awesome shooting all around rifle. It excels on getting packed around the mountains or long walks around home. Very well taken care of. It’s hammered everything from beaver to antelope to moose and elk. 6.5x284 is a very capable flat shooting round that is used by Gunwerks for their long range setups. Vortex Diamondback BDC 4-12x40 is in great condition with vortex lifetime warranty. The hash marks make bullet drop compensation super easy. I shot my antelope with it at 510 yards. 7lbs 1 0z all in fully loaded, super light. Awesome sheep gun. Comes with extra bullets, once shot casings, and a die set for reloading.
