Made of a solid piece of 4340 steel, this mount will not bend or break. Has been extensively field tested with thousands of rounds fired. There are no moving parts, latches or other components to wear/break. Simply slide the Versa Tactical mount in the slot where your factory rear sight goes, and install the 2 expander screws. Then your optic is ready to go on! This mount allows for mounting of any industry standard RMR footprint optic. We recommend using a small amount of blue loctite for installation of all the hardware. Ensure the expander screws are inserted until flush and snug, but do not over-tighten! We recommend tightening of the optic mounting screws to either 14in-lbs or to your optic manufacturer's specification, whichever is lower. I picked this up a while ago and have never used it. It was going to be my bug out gun but life changes and i need to downsize my collection. There is some pitting on the receiver. Bubbad metal work to fit the mag. Rifling looks good. Wartak skar sd-r scope rail. And AR magwell adapter. There is a bit of finish work that needs to be done. The ammo stovepipes unless you put a shim behind the mag then it cycles fine. Might be an easy fix if you have the right tools. Topped with a Burris fullfield 3-9x40 at the moment. $1500 for the rifle, magwell, rail and scope. 1500rd crate of Chinese corrosive. extra $500. Not selling ammo unless it goes with the rifle or the rifle sells first. Might take a partial trade in quality bulk 308 ammo or a 22lr in Henry, ruger, or savage. Must have a valid pal
