For sale is a Winchester 1873 Sporter Grade 3 in 45 Colt. 24" barrel. It has Pedersoli sem buckhorn rear sights and a Pedersoli front bead. She is in excellent condition other than some very fine scratches in the left side receiver plate that you can only see if you turn it in to the light just so. Really nice gun, but I had it set up for a 100 yard silhouette gun, but came across a rolling block in 45 Colt I use for it now. Mas 45 Israeli Mas 45 (very scarce model) cal 22lr Excellent bore, good stock 1x mag(5 round) PAL and the second ID required (Subject to obtaining a valid reference number from CFP (need your PAL #, DOB, second ID, and email address to validate) No trade/No return Mas 45: In June 1945, French troops took control of the Mauser factory in Obendorf, requesting the production of a .22 LR training carbine with a magazine. The Mauser engineers, utilizing existing parts in stock, developed prototypes in October 1945. These prototypes incorporated a combination of the single-shot Mauser KKW mechanism and the magazine/magazine well of the Mauser Model 37 (also known as Mm 510). Between December 1945 and the end of June 1946, approximately 10,000 to 15,000 "Mauser 45" units were manufactured. While some were crafted from existing KKW components (with the distinctive Mauser 45 stock), the majority were newly produced. Under Soviet pressure, the French were compelled to dismantle the factory in Oberndorf, relocating parts to St-Etienne. The production of Mauser/MAS, utilizing German parts in France, likely commenced towards the conclusion of 1947. These bear serial numbers prefixed with an “F” up until the end of production, with an estimated 3,000 units produced. Post-serial number F 3000/F 3100, carbines were entirely fashioned from French components, and the Mauser marking ceased. By the end of production in 1965 or slightly later, serial numbers had advanced to F 33000. In the early 1950s, A limited quantity of Mas 45 units was dispatched to Israel in response to the Israeli military's request for troop training purposes.

The cylinder indexes and locks properly with almost no play, cylinder walls are in excellent condition.. Barrel to frame connection is excellent and rock solid. The bore of the 4-inch barrel is fine with visible rifling. The grips are excellent and undamaged. lanyard ring is intact. SN 15724, very fine overall. History & Background Philip Webley & Son began making top break, hinged revolvers as early as 1880, with the Charles Pryse patented design they acquired for use on their Webley-Pryse revolvers. Soon thereafter an improved locking mechanism by Michael Kaufmann produced the Webley-Kaufmann design, followed by Webley's own improved "Government" model, or "WG". It was not until 1887, when the British military hoped to replace the Enfield revolver that the first "Mark" revolver model was introduced. The Mk I was soon followed by the MkII (1894), then III (1897), and eventually as many as six variations were made, between 1887 and 1949.
