Instead of Calibre specific micrometers I use a different system. So this is simply not used anymore and available to you. 7x57 (7mm Mauser) built by H. Berg on a Mauser 98 Action from Flensburg (NE Germany).  Specs:  24" Barrel using Bohler Spezial Austrian Steel (not sure the twist rate). Walnut Stock, 3-position safety, double-set triggers (roughly 5.5 lbs & 2.5 lbs).  Flip-Up express rear sight.  This is a "Hunting Gun" and shows typical scuffs, scrapes and minor dents throughout.  The receiver has NOT been drilled & tapped.  The test target shown was only at 25 yards, just to prove that the gun shoots well.  On the underside of the barrel is bare metal (32 mm X 6mm) where I believe there was a mounted front swivel on a plate.  There is no swivel on the fore-stock but could easily be installed.  The barrel is clean & bright with good rifling.  This would be a great quad gun or open sight deer stalking rifle through the woods.  I'm selling because I have four other 7X57's and trying to reduce my collection. I have for sale a very nice Ruger 96.  It is chambered in the 44 mag cartridge.  It is in very nice condition. The blueing is close to excellent and the wood is very good with a bit of wear from use and a few very small bumps and nicks but nothing bad at all. The bore is excellent and the rifle functions exactly as it was intended to. I have fired this rifle and found it to be extremely accurate and easy to shoot. The case coloring on the lever is very nice. Cooey Model 60 for Sale Up is a Cooey Model 60 bolt-action repeater with a pistol grip available for sale. This model was produced between 1939 and 1940.
