The firearm operates smoothly and tightly as it should, and it is mechanically sound. For its age, the wood also has a few minor scratches. The bore is bright and in excellent condition, and the bluing is VERY GOOD to VERY GOOD. You can install your own preferred recoil pad because the butt plate is missing. Bluing on the barrel has faded to a nice patina throughout. Aluminum receiver is in nice shape. Wood stocks show well, has one crack at the wrist that looks to be holding well.
