You must have an exemption letter and be qualified to buy this pistol license wise . Alien Pistol Semi Automatic 9mm. Gas operated Pistol not standard blowback. Regarded as a pistol advanced beyond other pistols the Alien has many features not available on standard handguns. Pistol has lowest bore axis of any pistol. That means the Bore is lower than the hand holding the pistol leading to minimal muzzle flip.
