Selling/trading an 1862 Enfield Snider rifle inn .577 Snider. These were modified rifles carried by the Metis as "Blanket Guns" during the Red River and Northwest Rebellions associated with Louis Riel. Based on the ornate decoration and configuration of the rifle, this would have been a period correct gun of that time. Barrel is a smoothbore. Wood stocks shows normal wear for its age but is in good solid shape. Steel has patina'd and shows well. Action has some play in it, hammer is cocked slightly to the left. A very unique piece. Selling/trading an Eduard Kettner 16 gauge over under. Overall it's in very nice shape. 28" vent rib barrels, 2 3/4" chambers, fixed improved cylinder/modified chokes, with ejectors. Bluing is in nice shape, shows some light fading/marks here or there - nothing too major. Receiver is in very nice shape with ornate scroll work covering it. Forestock has had one small hairline repaired, checkering shows wear. But stock is in nice shape, has more of a gloss finish, normal marks and dings. Bores are very nice. Howdy Townpost! I've got a nice little uncommon and good condition subcompact Remington for sale now! This started its life as a Remington Model 1865 New Model Police as a cap and ball percussion revolver in .36 caliber. Many of these were never percussion guns as they existed in a weird transition period. And Remington made some of them from the ground up as cartridge guns. This one most likely was in inventory as a percussion revolver and was turned into a .38 rimfire cartridge revolver based on the serial number, in my opinion. These are one of the more rare and lesser known Remington cap and ball guns that were made. Remington only made 18,000 between 1865 and 1873. So they are relatively uncommon and scarce gun today. This is actually my personal favorite model of Remington percussion revolver they're a very handy subcompact-sized gun by today's standards they're bigger and much more comfortable in the hand in the grip than the pocket models but nice and light unlike the full size military .44s and they point very naturally. This particular example is in very good condition the nickel is a very high percentage of coverage some of the original silver plate is still visible on the trigger guard and some of the low areas. The color case hardening is still very colorful and defined on the hammer (pictured). The grips have been refinished but they are the originals. The wood grain is very interesting and beautiful in my opinion. The bore is in excellent condition especially for a Civil War era black powder firearm. This was likely carried in a police officer's holster and not fired much. It was well taken care of and the clean and good condition bore and chambres are reflection of that. The the mechanical function of this firearm is excellent as well. When I got the firearm it was actually in amazing condition to begin with and the mechanical function was perfect. It locks up and times perfectly. The hammer and the trigger pull are very crisp, light and smooth. And didn't require any adjustment, Remington did the job and they did it right the first time. The entire revolver has been taken apart and given a gunsmith's cleaning and was reassembled and lightly oiled. I came across a nice little Hunter leather holster at a gun show and found that it fit this gun very well so it's included as a freebie with the gun (pictured). The revolver is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide too.

Howdy Townpost. I am selling this Remington 3.5inch Super-Mag that I picked up from BassPro in Calgary. I never got around to shooting it but I got a deal on it so I'm willing to let it go for cheaper than usual. This was a store demo gun, which essentially means it was dry cyled and shown to customers a few times. It's more or less a brand new shotgun. There's hardly any wear on it with the exception of some cosmetic blemishes from some small patches of surface rust that formed on the parkerized receiver. I suspect they never oiled it and peoples hands or just some moisture caused it. I cleaned it off and oiled the whole gun. It's pretty smooth even though it's a new gun and hasn't been broken in. The rubber recoil pad is still nice and soft The date code looks like AJ so it's a 2015 production. It was kicking around BassPro for almost 11 years! These regularly retail for $750+tax but occasionally go on sale for $650+tax. So I think $630 with no tax is not a bad deal for an essentially brand new shotgun. The shotgun is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime. It's pretty short when broken down, and is light so it should be relatively inexpensive to ship. If you live in Alberta I do get around the province a fair bit throughout the year, so if I happen to be heading to your area maybe we can do a meet up along the way on my travels to save you the shipping costs. 16 oz. reloading room/range accessory, which keeps your coffee hot or " other beverage " cold while you are reloading or at the range ..... bought a few of these at a gun show in Denver in the year 2000 but this one was never used, so is in excellent condition. If you have your own pictures, you can unscrew the bottom, remove the photo sheet as a template and replace it with your own pictures. I'm not sure who made it, but the bottom is marked patent pending and matches some of my early Starbucks bottoms that were ( and still are ) all made in China----BOTTOM MARKED " do not microwave" and " hand wash only" also like the Starbucks tumblers and in the same script. Selling/trading a Browning Superposed 12 gauge over under. Overall it's in nice shape. This is a pre-war gun made somewhere between 1931 an 1939 (SN 10###). 30" barrels with solid rib, 2 3/4" chambers, fixed chokes (not marked), ejectors, single trigger with safety on the tang not operable but a safety on the underside of the trigger that slides forward and back - this was a factory option that many guns were retrofitted with after 1937. Receiver was factory colour case hardened - the vast majority of which has faded but is still present on the underside of the release lever and on the inside of the action when the barrels are removed. Bluing on the barrels show very well with only light spots of fading here and there. Receiver has nice factory scroll work throughout. Straight English style stock. Wood is all in good shape, normal marks here and there. Has a hairline on the left side of the forestock which doesn't appear to be through the wood. The heel of the butt stock has a chunk out of it and a chip in the butt plate in the same spot. Lockup is tight, bores are in nice shape throughout. Overall a very nice shotgun.
