Howdy Townpost! I'm looking to sell my rare bird antique revolver. Husqvarna made 13,619 model 1887 revolvers over the course of 9 years between 1897 and 1905. Of those only 350 were made in 1897, and thus those are the only antique status Husqvarna model 1887s in Canada that are recognized by the RCMP CFP Lab Technicians. This is one of them, number 260. These are not common to say the least. These revolvers are chambered in the 7.5 mm Nagant cartridge. The chamber dimensions are essentially almost identical to the 7.5 Swiss revolver cartridge used in their model 1882s. So you can make proper brass and the proper dimensional cartridge for this gun using either .32-20 Winchester, .25-20 Winchester, 7.62mm Nagant (1895), or 8mm Lebel Revolver brass as parent cases. I have some virgin 7.62 Nagant brass that I'll throw in as a freebie to the buyer and there's like 50 pieces in this bag. Or the more expedient way to shoot this gun is to shoot 32 Smith & Wesson long or short as an inexpensive and smokeless off the shelf ammunition. This is commonly done in Switzerland with Swiss model 1882 revolvers, and given that this has almost essentially identical chamber dimensions (they Husqys are actually little a bit tighter) you can do the same. So I decided to give it a whirl with the .32 S&W and was actually very pleasantly surprised by my results. My best three round group at 25 yards with PPU .32 Smith and Wesson Long with round nose lead bullets was 2 inches. Those were the first three rounds I fired through the revolver but the three following rounds in the same cylinder opened up to a 5 inch group as the barrel heated up. I still have the target and can provide a photo of it upon request. I imagine any almost any .32 Smith & Wesson standard velocity factory ammunition would be fine to shoot in this except Sellier & Bellot because it has a fairly small diameter rim diameter and the rounds sink into the chamber and will not headspace properly and the hammer can't reach them. One in five cases bulges and splits open, but the majority of rounds fired essentially fire form to the chamber and could be possibly reloaded in my opinion. Overall the ammunition performs surprisingly well for being how undersized it is and as long as you use lead bullets or maybe a hollow-based jacketed bullet, the bullet will expand and grab the rifling and stabilize very well and achieve good accuracy. The revolver is all matching except for three parts. The cylinder is an unserialized replacement. The trigger guard and the side plate are also replacements in the 4200 SN# range. The chambres and bore are all in excellent condition. There is one spot of extremely shallow corrosion sot in the bore and that is pictured. Beyond that, the bore is sharp with tall lands and is mirror shiny. And all of the chambers are very clean and shiny as well. They are also pictured. Overall the gun is in very good condition the most noticeable wear is on the color case hardening that is on the loading gate trigger and loading gate spring. The non-matching side plate was reblued to more closely match the original blue on the frame. I will include a little document dossier I've put together in a binder that provides documentation on this firearm. It includes a copy of the Firearms reference table entry or FRN, a copy of the regulations prescribing antique firearms, and some copies of emails I received from the RCMP lab technicians confirming their opinion of the antique legal status of this particular example SN#260 revolver that I received in order to import this firearm easily. So all of your legal bases are covered. The revolver is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime. I can do Alberta meetups too. It depends on the time of year though and whereabouts. I too have video footage of me shooting this firearm with 32 Smith & Wesson ammunition and the target I used I just have to edit the clips together and upload them to YouTube. I haven't got around to doing that yet. I suspect the revolver will be sold before I get around to doing that, but I will upload that footage regardless for the buyer. But for now you'll have to take my word for it until I upload the video and if that's not good enough for you then you'll probably miss out on the sale cause it's exactly what happened with my .38 Special converted Colt model 1889 that's sold in less than 24 hours.

Many Czech produced post-war Mausers were made with mostly late war and some newly produced parts. These were sold to various different militaries and on the commercial market many and of these were sold to the Israelis as well. The rifle features many late war stamped parts including the oversized winter trigger guard but does include a half size cleaning rod unlike the Kriegsmodell K98's produced by the Germans. It does not have a stock disk, as it just has a hole drilled in the butt cap for disassembly of the bolt. This particular example has a low serial number, but the serial number ranges are all over because of different contracts. The whole gun matches with the new forced match serial number. It has a scrubbed receiver, and has a beech wood stock and handguard in a nice brown color. The rifle bore is actually in very good shape, but there is some stubborn fouling stuck in there and I don't have a 32 Caliber cleaning brush to remove it but I'm sure if you use the proper brush it should come out pretty easy since it's not rust. Just shooting the rifle might even remove it. The muzzle crown is an excellent condition as pictured. The rifle does have minor some stock damage. It looks like a vice dent or some sort of hammering pattern, but it's only on the one side (pictured). Overall the gun is in very good original condition and the action is nice and smooth and it is unfired by me. This is a nice unique example of a k98 made by Brno, who is very well known for their quality produced firearms. The rifle is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. This is a 1940 Ishapore made No 1 MK111 ( not a MK111*) with mag cutoff and period correct RFI stamped bayonet. The hardware and wood set is good to excellent condition ( for an 84 year old rifle) and as far as I can tell, completely original from the factory. Bolt, receiver, Barrel, rear sight and nose cap are all matching numbers. The magazine isn't matching numbers but is RFI stamped. The bayonet is the short 12 inch "Indian Pattern" which I believe is a 1943 made bayonet. There are some visible repairs to the butt stock, maybe field repairs or post military use - I don't know. I can't make out the markings on the underside of the butt stock but it doesn't appear to be English or Latin script, possibly Punjabi, Bengali or Burmese. The barrel is probably nearing the end of it's life but I have taken this rifle to the range numerous times and it shoots fine with pretty good accuracy at 100 yards. I didn't really want to sell this one as it's a great historical piece, but I need to reduce the amount of Rifles and spare parts I have. This is a correct WW Suhler Consortium M98 rifle. It is my opinion this rifle was reworked by the German military for use in WWII given the original WWII German armorers replacement. It is in original condition with all parts visible numbers matching. No import mark is present. Triggergaurd is unnumnered however it shows an Imperial H woth crown on the magazine floorplate. The magazine follower is an original German armorer Wafdenampt stamped replacement part. Buttplate is correctly unnumbered. Rating Definition: Excellent. Rifle retains 90-95 % crisp original finish. Stock: The walnut stock is correct and serialized 4473 to the rifle in good condition with a crack on the front left side between the upper barrel band and rear barrel band. Note: Stock pictures in listing show what looks like a crack in the mid area of the buttstock however there is no evidence of this on either the pistol grip side of the buttplate side where the stock is cracked whatsoever. Additional pics can be taken to show this. I hypothesize that this is perhaps a shrinkage in the wood due to rifles age. Rifle shows typical handling marks. No evidence of sanding. Bore: Bore is good with very pronounced lands and grooves visible. Rifle shows a great crown and has a smooth chamber. Mechanically sound, the rifle is in excellent condition. The action functions as it should.

Up for grabs here is a sporterized 303 cal Lee Enfield. Hopefully the photos speak for themselves. The unit is not in the best of shape overall. The positive thing about this rifle is the bolt and the gun have matching serial numbers and the barrel and rifling are in very very goood shape.The gun did have a scope on it, which has since been removed (see photos). The front sight has been removed. One of the rifle sling rings is missing.The wood has some small dings and scratches and chips. There is a screw broken off on the bottom of the magazine plate. The bolt works very well, no problems there. I have Never fired this rifle. I am open for offers. The unit is located in East Vancouver. Thanks for looking.......

Selling my Surplus Russian SKS. I've put around 200 rounds through it and have trouble finding the time to shoot. I'm also moving to the states in a year so I'm unable to export it. It has an engraving on the stock because I never planned on selling it but sadly I must. Missing from the pictures are all my stripper clips I will included with it and all its accessories and sling (not original). What I know about the rifle is its a 1956 Д "D" Letter Rifle Refurb , The stock is has a 1952 stamp, magazine serial is not matching. I can pair with 7.62 ammo, 240 Sellier & Bellot rounds Brass Case for indoor ranges $260, and 491 Barnaul Steel Case for outdoor (Bullet is bimetal jacket, lead core, non corrosive) $300 ($520 for all ammo) $1200 for Rifle and all Ammo Pick up in the SW near Haysboro.
