It is distinguished from the 96/11 rifle by a curved butt plate and by a stock with an integral semi-pistol grip. It uses a graduated tangent sight which begins at 300 meters. The 1911 and 96/11 rifles were made with excellent craftsmanship, and were exceptionally accurate. As Switzerland remained neutral through both world wars, remaining rifles are typically in far better condition than other European rifles of the time. For sale is a rare Ruger #1 (No. 1) single-shot falling block rifle chambered in 7×57mm (7mm Mauser). It is the RSI (International) model with 'Mannlicher' (i.e., full) stock. This model has a checkered walnut stock/forend (w/ Ruger's red rocoil pad), and blued metal (action/barrel). It has built-in iron sights, and comes with a set of 1" rings (steel) for mounting a scope. In addition, the receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope side-mount. It also has sling swivel studs, and comes with a beautiful leather sling. This rifle has a top-tang safety. It is in excellent condition, with low round count (the bore is shiny with strong rifling). This Ruger #1 was shipped in 1990.

Winchester Model 94 lever action rifle. This one is a limited edition centennial model, marked "1894-1994" on the right side of the receiver, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Model 94 rifle. Caliber is .30-30. This is the Ranger model, with angle eject and crossbolt safety. Like other Model 94s, it has a 20 inch barrel, open sights, smooth hardwood stock and a 6 shot tube magazine. This rifle is in mint condition. The metal is beautiful, no rust or pitting anywhere, bore is bright and shiny. The condition of the wood is also excellent with no dings or scratches.
