Here is an overall very good condition numbers matching bolt receiver, and nose cap war survivor. This battle rifle comes with an original 1917 dated canvas sling. The rear sites also have the ability for adjustment for windage. The bore is in very good condition with sharp lands and grooves. No cracks or rust anywhere in the stock or rifle. Made by London Small Arms. These rifles are considered to be better quality than most Lee Enfield’s that were produced. I have a Lee Enfield #4 Mark 1 1942 Longbranch .303 British WW2 battle rifle with all matching numbers including bolt stock and reciever!. With a LB spike bayonet 1-10 round magazine and a original sling for sale. Not sporterized and not refurbished!, original WW2 configuration purchased from a seller in Quebec asking $2500 o.b.o. located in Windsor Ontario Canada. And yes it is still a tack driver!. As far as I know everything that I bought is all WW2 parts that came with this rifle and was issued, this thing was there!, where I don't know!. WW2 Canadian history!, unfortunately the Veteran/Hero who was issued this is unknown. I tried to get some info from the seller but to no avail he did not have any further information. Maybe the serial # might add some future light to this relic of a darker time in world history if researched further.

Here you have a good too very good condition overall Lee Enfield jungle carbine. Appears to have had armoury repairs to the for Stock at one point in time. However, this rifle functions exactly how it should. Whether or not you were looking for something to collect or something to shoot you will have no issues with this rifle whatsoever. Comes with a period correct adjustable sling. The rifling is in very good condition and clean. Also has a rear elevator site. The bolt and breach seem to be mismatched. The windage adjustment of the rear sight was also dispensed with, and the cocking piece was changed from a round knob to a serrated slab. Rifles with some or all of these features present are found, as the changes were implemented at different times in different factories and as stocks of parts were depleted. The SMLE Mk III* (renamed Rifle No.1 Mk III* in 1926) saw extensive service throughout the Second World War, especially in the North African, Italian, Pacific and Burmese theatres in the hands of British and Commonwealth forces. This started out as an LSA Sht LE MK111 showing 1907 as the year of manufacture -  I believe the first year the  MK111 was put into military service. It was then converted to a single shot 410 shot gun in 1934 at the Rifle factory Ishapore in India, where it was also restocked into a full Indian Rosewood wood set. This shotgun is matching bolt, receiver, barrel and wood although the nose cap is blank. All other parts look to be original to either it's 1907 manufacture or it's 1934 conversion.  it's in exceptional condition with only minor scratches and a few marks/chips out of the wood and one armory repair to the butt stock.  I have only fired this shotgun once in all the years i've owned it - it will fire modern 410 cartridges. This is a very nice collectors piece, at nearly 120 years old and 92 years since being converted to a shotgun, it's still one of the best original condition  Lee Enfield's I've ever seen ..... and I've bought and sold many.  The price is firm, I won't be disappointed if it doesn't sell.

Selling/trading an 1862 Enfield Snider Conversion in .577 Snider. Overall it's in nice shape. 30" barrel, 2 band. Steel is all in nice shape throughout, has a turned to a nice patina. Wood stock looks to have been stripped but still retains its original markings, just a bit more faint now. Bore is in very nice shape, crisp and clear with good rifling. Missing cleaning rod. The gun is in very good condition with everything tight and working like it should. and the original blue remaining. The action is strong. The cylinder indexes and locks properly with almost no play, cylinder walls are in excellent condition.. Barrel to frame connection is excellent and rock solid. The bore of the 4-inch barrel is fine with visible rifling. The grips are excellent and undamaged. lanyard ring is intact. SN 15724, very fine overall. History & Background Philip Webley & Son began making top break, hinged revolvers as early as 1880, with the Charles Pryse patented design they acquired for use on their Webley-Pryse revolvers. Soon thereafter an improved locking mechanism by Michael Kaufmann produced the Webley-Kaufmann design, followed by Webley's own improved "Government" model, or "WG". It was not until 1887, when the British military hoped to replace the Enfield revolver that the first "Mark" revolver model was introduced. The Mk I was soon followed by the MkII (1894), then III (1897), and eventually as many as six variations were made, between 1887 and 1949. The Webley top break "Mark" revolvers were probably the single most widely used side arm in the world, and were still in service as late as the 1970’s.

Here you have a bolt and breach matching number four Lee-anne field that has a FTR stamp after the war which would’ve had it sent through the armoury for refurbishment. This explains why the bore is in very good condition. This would make an excellent shooting rifle or just a nice collectors piece.
