Description Small bore hunting match repeaters of the series 64: This model shares the action and design with the series 1416 and 1516, but with specific stock design and fitted with the acclaimed heavy target barrel. The basis of this model is the sturdy Match 64 barreled action, equipped with a target two-stage trigger with adjustable position and the universal Multi Purpose Beavertail stock. The Beavertail stock is widely different from the traditional European hunting stock. Created from the requirements of varmint hunters from the „New World“ this stock combines the advantages of classic target barrel with the wide and easy to handle Beavertail forend. An integrated accessory rail in the forend rounds the versatility of these models. A very field useable sport/target accuracy level variant with a constantly growing popularity. Barreled Action The action is used in the ANSCHÜTZ Luxus repeaters 1416/1417 and 1516/1517. This is a bolt action with cam cocking, claw extractor, additional cartridge holder and ejector. Telescopic sight mounting is by an 0.43" wide ANSCHÜTZ Wave Style V-block dovetail rail or by additional drilled and tapped holes. The sliding safety catch onthe right hand side blocks the trigger sear in the safe position and simultaneously lifts the trigger sear and bolt release latch. The bolt can also be opened in the safe position, allowing unloading the firearm with the safety engaged. Trigger ANSCHÜTZ target two-stage and single-stage triggers have always set the standard for quality, reliability, and precision. It is not without reason that ANSCHÜTZ triggers are known as the best in the world. Many manufacturers offer adapters for integration of this master­piece of the German gunsmith‘s art into their firearms. The light weight, hardened and finely ground trigger components facilitate fast and consistent trigger release. Barrel • Cylindrical precision match barrel. • Manufactured using an ANSCHÜTZ special process. • Excellent shooting performance. • Recessed muzzle. • Reinforced muzzle with 11 mm wide prism rail for front sight. Sight set This model is delivered without sights. However, the system sleeve and the barrel end are equipped with an 11 mm wide prism rail for attaching a rear sight and front sight tunnel. Stock The lacquered multi-purpose beavertail stock has nothing in common with the classic European hunting stock. The wide, easy-to-use beaver tail fore-end with integrated aluminum profile rail can be quickly and easily added to other accessories such as Handstops can be fitted. The easy-to-grip hallmarking on the handle offers optimal hold even in damp weather. The buttstock with black rubber cap 4709 A is prepared for a clamping piece, which enables cap extensions to be attached. Therefore, this shaft is also ideal for hunting competition shooting. French Model 1874 T Back Sword Bayonet for use on the 11mm M1874 Gras rifle Manufactured at the French State Arms Plant of Tulle in August 1878 The Gras was the last of the French sword type bayonets and was manufactured from 1874 until about 1885. The Bayonet and Scabbard have matching Serial numbers 96363 The left side of the guard is engraved with what looks like half a written L and the numbers 96363.  The scabbard has the same mark and numbers on the left side. Above the number on the guard are 2 diamonds each with the letter B in them. The front of the guard just above the top of the blade has the letters L and P The pommel has the number 2 stamped inside at the base along with other stamps I have not identified. The top of the tang has what looks like a C6 stamped in it. The back of the blade is engraved with M d’Armes de Tulle Aout 1878   The Spring Lock works as designed.   Overall Length – with blade in scabbard  - 25 7/8” Length of Bayonet – 25 3/8” The blade has never been sharpened. Selling/trading a French MAS 1873 revolver in 11mm French. Overall it's in very nice shape. Antique status, no PAL required, just proof of age. Dated 1877, all visible numbers are matching. Steel is bright and clean with only little signs of light pits here and there. Grips shows well, some light wear on the checkering, very minor. Bore shows normal wear for its age but does still have some rifling left. Complete with original loop on the bottom of the pistol grip. Comes with a repro lanyard. Overall a very nice revolver. Selling/trading a French MAS Model 1873 revolver in 11mm French Ordinance. Overall it's in very nice shape. No PAL required, just proof of age. Looks to be an 1873/1874 frame and reworked in 1892. All numbers appear to be matching, one small piece of hardware is difficult to tell. Steel is all in beautiful shape in a nice bright patina, no real corrosion or pitting to note. Indexes very well in both single and double action. Grips are also very nice with only light wear to mention. Bore has nice life left in it, chambers are all nice as well. Reloadable ammo is available but sold separately. Tested with smokeless powder. This is conversion to British .455 Webley ammo. (available for sale online). but still can shoot original 11mm ammo. It is very interesting example of rarely blued 1873 French Service Revolver that was imported to United Kingdom and converted to .455 Webley caliber which was readily available in England of that time and was considerably more powerful than original 11mm ammo. This one is in excellent original condition, all the markings are sharp and complete. The serial numbers are repeated on all components: the barrel, cylinder, frame, grips, internal mechanism parts and even the screw heads and escutcheons. Everything matches. The bore of the 4 1/2 inch barrel is as perfect and it is mirror bright and the rifling is sharp. The action is excellent and accurate and very smooth, the cylinder indexes and locks properly with no play at all. The walnut grips are excellent and show no damage this one looks like new. SN H48478, this one is made in 1881, rated excellent overall. MAS Mle 1873 French Service Revolver, 11mm French Ordnance The Mle 1873 was France's first double action cartridge revolver. After the disastrous loss to Prussia in the war of 1870, the French military closely examined its armaments and small arms, and they came to the conclusion that a new, more rugged and powerful side arm for their infantry was required. The result was the Mle 1873, designed by the famous partners of Chamelot & Delvigne, whose genius ideas would dominate much of the European military (and commercial) small arms market for decades to come. Many European countries adopted their designs, including Switzerland, Italy, Sweden, Russia and Belgium. Only the Brits and Germans would continue to develop their own side arms.
