This is one of my best collections selling to complete my ear surgery ....Here is 24 inch octagon barrel chambered in 44 WCF caliber with a bright bore that has some light frosting. Full length magazine tube. Original sights include a German silver blade front and a typical sporting rear. Barrel has thinning blue with sharp corners and crisp markings. Magazine tube is mostly a brow/gray. Receiver has good traces of original blue with the balance a plum/brown and a few spots of pitting. Nice functioning action. Walnut stocks show a few light handling mars and a small crack on the right side of the forarm. Rifle style buttplate. 2nd Model Winchester 1873 rifle made in 1880. For sale is a Winchester model 55 Nickel steel take down chambered in .30 W.C.F. Serial number 1047350. 24" barrel. The gun is in good shape for its age.The barrel and rifling are clean and good. Smooth lever action. The is a hairline crack in the stock and a little blemishing to the wood in fore grip. It comes with a little peep sight. See pictures for markings and condition. The model 55 was made between 1924-1932 and is a relativity rare rifle with only 20,500 made. Hey, all! I am in search of a Remington 700, preferably chambered in: 7mm08, 6.5x55 or .30-06. Really anything less powerful than a .300 wm or 7mm mag. I would also prefer it to be pre-bankruptcy, (around 2006), and it needs to have a bottom metal, which the adl model lacks.
