As the title says. Just got my pal this year and am going to learn to hunt and hopefully in the next couple years fill a freezer with meat. I’ve been plinking with a .22 for the last couple months but now I’m looking for a good (but affordable) bolt action rifle, scope, also looking for advice on hunting in general and gear recommendations. This is an Atlasworx bottom metal for Tikka T3X, and it is made out of actual metal. It is a drop in replacement (two screws to undo) for the factory plastic. A very well presented Sako III, offered as a complete kit. The barrel is clean and shows good and well defined rifling. The crown is free of any damage or pitting. The finish of the barrel is in matt black and there is some loss around the muzzle. The bolt, bolt way and chamber are all clean. The bolt face is clean and free of any marks. The condition of the bolt handle indicated very little use. The laminate stock is in excellent condition and features sling mounts fore and aft. The rifle is complete with a Leupold VX III, 3.5 - 10 x 50, set on quality 2 piece mounts and rings. The Moderator is also included. No Manufacturer is visible. The mod is 17.75" in length. Selling my beautiful Browning B.A.R Mk3 Stalker chambered in .308 win. I've developed a thing for setting up rifles and then selling them to try something new. This one has a Primary arms SLx 1-6x24 SFP LPVO sitting in Vortex pro series rings on a Browning picatinny rail base.
