Timney trigger set at 3 lb.s for hunting. Boyd's walnut stock finished with Watco medium walnut Danish oil. Maximum Cartridge Overall Length the magazine can accommodate is 3.360" and Minimum O.A.L. is 3.340" for these loads. Maximum ogive for this rifle is 2.964" Willing to entertain trades for a different .300 stainless or high quality scopes.

Selling/trading a Thompson Center Impact Stainless 50 cal muzzleloader. Overall it's in good shape. 26" barrel, 209 ignition. Steel is in nice shape, shows some light marks here and there - nothing major. Camo stocks show some normal hunting marks/wear but are also in nice shape. The bore does have some rust from not being kept clean, would most likely clean up a bit better with some elbow grease but some of the pits are fairly decent near the breach. Using the same principle as electroplating, this system uses a low voltage and chemicals to remove the lead or copper from your barrel and plate it on the sacrificial anode (stainless steel rod) that you insert in the barrel. It did work in my 243 win 1885 but I just don't shoot enough to make it worthwhile. I think if you had some heavily fouled barrels, maybe a cache of military surplus for example this would be alot less work that scrubbing forever. Comes with the controller, the chemicals, the stainless steel rod and the electrochemical isolation doo-dads. Not sure about shipping as the rods are 30" long and there are two chemicals. Selling/trading a Carl Gustaf Mauser action with 24" barrel chambered in what appears to be 6.5x55. Overall it's in nice shape. Controlled round feed action, dated 1905. Barrel finish has been stripped and is in a bright stainless finish. Comes with bottom metal, action screws, internal mag and firing pin. The rest of the bolt and trigger are missing. There are a few miscellaneous parts for the safety that will be included, looks to be some kind of Model 70 safety conversion.
