Selling/trading an Ithaca Model 49 Saddlegun single shot lever .22 lr. Overall it's in very nice shape but does have some trouble extracting the shell from what I was told. Bluing on the barrel and mag tube is all in nice shape. Receiver looks to be done in a black paint. Wood stocks are in very nice shape, butt stock has two lines in it where it was once shortened - the insert was put back together very well and not as noticeable. Bore is very nice. Selling/trading a Browning Superposed 12 gauge over under. Overall it's in nice shape. This is a pre-war gun made somewhere between 1931 an 1939 (SN 10###). 30" barrels with solid rib, 2 3/4" chambers, fixed chokes (not marked), ejectors, single trigger with safety on the tang not operable but a safety on the underside of the trigger that slides forward and back - this was a factory option that many guns were retrofitted with after 1937. Receiver was factory colour case hardened - the vast majority of which has faded but is still present on the underside of the release lever and on the inside of the action when the barrels are removed. Bluing on the barrels show very well with only light spots of fading here and there. Receiver has nice factory scroll work throughout. Straight English style stock. Wood is all in good shape, normal marks here and there. Has a hairline on the left side of the forestock which doesn't appear to be through the wood. The heel of the butt stock has a chunk out of it and a chip in the butt plate in the same spot. Lockup is tight, bores are in nice shape throughout. Overall a very nice shotgun. This is an intermediate eye relief 1-5 power scope. Red illuminated reticle, SFP, mildot type reticle. Eye relief is about 4” to 8”. A great LPVO or for use on a lever action. Never used on a firearm. Excellent condition, only been looked thru 2 or 3 times.
