Appears to have been a restored sporter, some of the small parts are DP marked (no major parts). Stocks aren't matching, rougher finish which could be lightly refinished and smoothed out. For sale is a rare Ruger #1 (No. 1) single-shot falling block rifle chambered in 7×57mm (7mm Mauser). It is the RSI (International) model with 'Mannlicher' (i.e., full) stock. This model has a checkered walnut stock/forend (w/ Ruger's red rocoil pad), and blued metal (action/barrel). It has built-in iron sights, and comes with a set of 1" rings (steel) for mounting a scope. In addition, the receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope side-mount. It also has sling swivel studs, and comes with a beautiful leather sling. This rifle has a top-tang safety. It is in excellent condition, with low round count (the bore is shiny with strong rifling). This Ruger #1 was shipped in 1990.
