For sale is a Winchester 1873 Sporter Grade 3 in 45 Colt. 24" barrel. It has Pedersoli sem buckhorn rear sights and a Pedersoli front bead. She is in excellent condition other than some very fine scratches in the left side receiver plate that you can only see if you turn it in to the light just so. Really nice gun, but I had it set up for a 100 yard silhouette gun, but came across a rolling block in 45 Colt I use for it now. For sale is a rare Marlin Model 1895D (Dark Series) lever-action rifle in .45-70 Govt. It is the original Dark Series rifle with black webbing on the stock and forend. This model has a 16" threaded barrel - for adding a muzzle device (c/w thread protector). It also has a paracord-wrapped big-loop lever. It comes with an XS 'scout' picatinny lever rail w/ integrated ghost ring iron sights (adjustable). A hammer extention has also been installed! There are a few marks on the rifle from being carried in the backcounty of British Columbia. The round count is low (around ~100).

 I just found a couple of boxes of old .350 caliber round balls that I used to shoot in my .36 cal. TC SENECA (which I haven't owned for the last 45 years) . One is an original box of 100 Hornady factory swaged balls and the other is a box of 125 cast pure lead round balls ( also .350 but with a sprue )......not sure which mold was used, as I sold it with the Seneca. I thought to list them for a couple of weeks, before I throw them into my melting pot and turn them int 50-70s  , in case someone wanted to buy ready cast balls. I am willing to ship at buyer’s expense or offer local pick up --- I am also in Red Deer one day per week and can arrange to meet there, or enroute, for delivery.

The fake barrel shroud is permanently attached to the barrel. ie; it cannot be removed. The paint. and wood has been distressed to look like a well used rifle. Combat ! The stainless steel barrel,newly manufactured barrel is just shy of 17 inches . Solid barrel inside shroud. The caliber is the same as the originals 45. A. C. P. because 45acp started out subsonic. The magazine is a standard Colt 1911 pistol magazine. It feeds ball, hollow point, and lead bullets. All ammo must be chambered from the magazine, cannot be loaded single shot because of the extractor configuration. You could call this a movie prop, functional bolt action rifle.
