NOT for SALE - LILJA Warranty reference only. MAY 7, 2024 - Fifth anniversary. News Update; By acquiring a quality bore scope, I was able to see the problem with barrel. The rifling lands in front of the chamber had separated from barrel for about 1.25" and 1 land was protruding into bore. Cut off 2" of barrel chamber end. Machined new barrel end to fit receiver tighter by .002" and rechambered for 22 short only. At range gun shot 1/4" - 5 shot group at 50 yds. shooting CCI 22 short - 27 gr. HP. Seems the rifling is not shot out but can not understand rifling land separation. UNIQUE -- NO WARRANTY or REFUND from LILJA. Call phone or e-mail only. No messages. Thompson Center Arms .50 caliber Thunder Hawk In-line rifle has a tapered round 1" to 7/8" x 21" stainless steel barrel with light handling marks to the finish. The bore is shiny and the rifling overall is good and sharp. It has a 1:38 twist and a mounted weaver rail. Bullet loads up to 150grn There are factory mount holes to install a ring-type set up. The Rynite stock has a checkered wrist and forend. The stock has a rubber recoil reducing pad and sling swivel studs. The firing mechanism is set up for the #11 percussion cap or 209 primer and has an outside manual bolt position safety. Length of pull is 14", the overall length is 39", weight is 5.4 lbs.
