  Now that I'm in my late 70's , I am downsizing my antique gun and militaria collection to move into a much smaller house with a much smaller gunroom.......offering an original 1880's Mills pattern , woven ammo belt with a rare 1881 Patent Mills/Orndorff brass buckle and retainer. The loops hold .40 to .45 caliber rounds and included are twenty .44-90 Sharps bottleneck cartridges. Please view the photos closely as the belt has been well used and has some damaged loops and earlier field repairs.....I have always refrained from doing any repairs or "enhancements" to my original antiques as the wear and tear is a natural part of its history and character. The cartridges are not original but are repro brass which was purchased about 45 years ago and which I loaded with black powder and some very old primers which were purchased about 50 years ago ( used for display purposes only ). The belt and attached buckle were purchased by me in 1967 at an Ohio gun show. The brass buckle has that beautiful patina which only time can create and it does have a few dents from honest wear and tear.....contact me if you interested and need more photos, or different angles, as the website only allows 10 photos. Hey I have a beautiful and nice shape marlin 120mxr 40" barrel and regular sized barrel combo this is a very rare gun and it is in nice condition it does have some handling marks on it from being used and some spots that the Bluing has marks as well but nothing serious its not perfect but its better shape than 90% you will find im sure. Hey I have a nice winchester model 42 shotgun in 410 it does have some finish loss on the stock but nothing crazy and in the picture  there is some fingerprints on the reciver and barrel that i cleaned off after lol..it is a tight nice working very hard collectable to find that would look amazing in someone's collection.. I picked this up a while ago and have never used it. It was going to be my bug out gun but life changes and i need to downsize my collection. There is some pitting on the receiver. Bubbad metal work to fit the mag. Rifling looks good. Wartak skar sd-r scope rail. And AR magwell adapter. There is a bit of finish work that needs to be done. The ammo stovepipes unless you put a shim behind the mag then it cycles fine. Might be an easy fix if you have the right tools. Topped with a Burris fullfield 3-9x40 at the moment. $1500 for the rifle, magwell, rail and scope. 1500rd crate of Chinese corrosive. extra $500. Not selling ammo unless it goes with the rifle or the rifle sells first. Might take a partial trade in quality bulk 308 ammo or a 22lr in Henry, ruger, or savage. Must have a valid pal

Modle 31 Jc higgins semi auto tube fed 22lr. Has built in retractable "seat belt" style shoulder sling that functions great.
