For sale is a rare Ruger #1 (No. 1) single-shot falling block rifle chambered in 7×57mm (7mm Mauser). It is the RSI (International) model with 'Mannlicher' (i.e., full) stock. This model has a checkered walnut stock/forend (w/ Ruger's red rocoil pad), and blued metal (action/barrel). It has built-in iron sights, and comes with a set of 1" rings (steel) for mounting a scope. In addition, the receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope side-mount. It also has sling swivel studs, and comes with a beautiful leather sling. This rifle has a top-tang safety. It is in excellent condition, with low round count (the bore is shiny with strong rifling). This Ruger #1 was shipped in 1990.

Consignment sale: Selling/trading an Argentinean Mauser Model 1909 in 30-06 that was part of world renowned gunsmith Martin Hagn's personal collection. Has a 23" Hammerli barrel marked with Martin Hagn along the top. Metal work was done by Martin, colour case hardening was done by Turnbull Restoration, engraving done by MRM Engraving which includes all small parts including each individual screw head. Has a trap door grip cap which holds spare iron sights within it. Gold "Hagn" inlay ontop of the receiver, an inset pin at the tang commemorating his trophy bull harvested in Sweden, and a gold monogram on the underside of the butt. Stock work was also done by Martin and includes an ebony forend. Comes topped with its original iron sights as well as quick detach claw mounts with a Zeiss Diavaari 1.5-6x42mm scope with German #4 reticle. For sale is a Spanish Mauser FR8 chambered in 7.62. 1950's converted m98. Kind a of a Frankenstein Mauser. The gun is second hand to us with no history. I don't think it is an original Mauser stock. The fake air chamber is missing from the rifle. The bolt feels a little sloppy.The stock has two cracks in the wood see pictures. 7x57 (7mm Mauser) built by H. Berg on a Mauser 98 Action from Flensburg (NE Germany).  Specs:  24" Barrel using Bohler Spezial Austrian Steel (not sure the twist rate). Walnut Stock, 3-position safety, double-set triggers (roughly 5.5 lbs & 2.5 lbs).  Flip-Up express rear sight.  This is a "Hunting Gun" and shows typical scuffs, scrapes and minor dents throughout.  The receiver has NOT been drilled & tapped.  The test target shown was only at 25 yards, just to prove that the gun shoots well.  On the underside of the barrel is bare metal (32 mm X 6mm) where I believe there was a mounted front swivel on a plate.  There is no swivel on the fore-stock but could easily be installed.  The barrel is clean & bright with good rifling.  This would be a great quad gun or open sight deer stalking rifle through the woods.  I'm selling because I have four other 7X57's and trying to reduce my collection. This is a VZ24 Czech 8mm mauser with the “E lion” crest The receiver has formed a patina finish to it but the crest is deep and all details of the lion is clear. It is a non matching full furniture rifle. Top hand Gaurd is cracked the bands hold it together. Light/normal wear/scratches on stock wood and metal has not been refinished. Front sight is missing the VZ sight Gaurd a common part missing and not to hard to source, front sight is correct with the sight gaurd channel so the fix is easy as sourcing the part and sliding it in the channel. History: sourcing is a bit hard as many documents were lost/destroyed or not maintained during and post WWII. Some information I Did find on the E lion crest was some can be as old as 1935 but most with records dated and started to show up in 1936 they started to disappear in 1939 and many receivers with the Czech lion were required to be scrubbed after Germany absorbed Czechoslovakia during WWII.

1910 Carl gustafs 6.5x55 Swede mauser SN 262063 partially matching, reciever and bolt matches. Near full furniture (missing the armoury dial as seen in picture of right side. Light to moderate wear on wood, it is over 100 years old, crest is in very good sharp condition. Barrel, receiver, and bolt has not been reblued floor plate, and trigger assembly looks like it has been reblued. stock has not been sanded. Metal stamps are sharp with Swede crowns populating the bolt, barrel, sights and receiver.

All Swedish Mausers other than trials rifles were chambered for the 6.5×55mm Swedish cartridge, and all Swedish-made actions were proof-tested with a single 6.5×55mm proof round developing approximately 455 MPa (65,992 psi) piezo pressure (55,000 CUP).[4][5] Swedish Mausers were manufactured by Waffenfabrik Mauser AG in Oberndorf a/N in Germany and in Sweden by Carl Gustafs Stads Gevärsfaktori and Husqvarna Vapenfabriks Aktiebolag.
