Here you have a nice used example of something that was used during the war. Recently gone through and cleaned. Everything operates as it should. The bolt and breach do not match. However, there is a Canadian marked 1942 sling that is original. The markings are very faint. The pistol grip and  stock are marked with  C  arrow. The front site and front  stock  have the LB stamped Steele. This is a five groove barrel in very good and clean condition. C-arrow  is also stamped on the breach. There are a few bumps and bruises to be expected from the age of this rifle. Outside of that you have something that should function and last another very long time. For Sale: Chiappa lever action 1892  in 44 MAG I’m the second owner of this rifle. Took it out to the range a couple of times at 100m—runs smooth, cycles clean, no issues at all.
