Vector Optics Solar augmented reflex sights
Many survivialists, competition shooters and outdoorsmen fear it... a dead battery in their reflex sight.
While some have opted to make compromises and surrender the speed of a reflex sight for the comfort of something less effective, Vector Optics is poised to change all of that will the introduction of the various Solar Augmented sights. They still require a battery but will draw power from ambient light to prolong that battery life.
All versions sold by Specter Arms are multi reticle, with minimal weight or bulk while preserving the main reason to get a reflex sight; speed.
All of these units can be mounted on a picatinny rail.

This is a closed, tube style optic. It comes with 2 different mount heights, one for modern sporting rifle where the comb of the stock and the mounting plane are on the same level or a low profile mount for traditionally stocked firearms such as lever actions.

This is an open micro reflex sight that is easily mountable to a pistol or a traditionally stocked firearm where the comb is lower than the mounting plane. It can be used with a modern sporting rifle with the addition of a riser. This is strongly recommended as a sight for 45-70 lever actions.
Caliber Range (max): 12ga, 45-70.
Ideal For: Shotguns, PC9, SKS, lever actions, pistols(RMR or picatinny), M10x, Type 81
