Looking to part with my beautiful Browning BLR 81L Long Action in 7mm Rem Mag. Serial # trace sets it as manufactured in 1993. Heavy steel receiver and made in Japan. You may find the odd minor blemish here and there on the stock if you look really, really hard. But the stock and bluing is near perfect top to bottom. Slight discoloration on the side of the bolt as shown in the photos. I bought this rifle at a gun show a couple years back and don't know who the first owners were. I had plans of topping it with an optic but have not purchased one for it (just the bases). I have put 38 rounds down range over the past 4 years with the irons. Always cleaned and lightly oiled after each use. It is hard to believe this rifle is 33 years old. I just don't love the lever action as much as I thought I would, and I'm looking to change to a bolt action in a different caliber for my future intentions. Winchester Lever Action Repeating Rifle, .38-40 WCF, mfg. 1890. This is a good honest original ‘73 fresh out of a very old local collection. Standard length 24" octagon barrel retains it’s original dovetailed blade front sight and adjustable buckhorn rear. The metal has a mottled dark gray patina overall with some traces of original bluing remaining within protected areas around the sideplates, trigger, and along the dust cover rail. Sharp edges with generally smooth surfaces throughout. Some very light surface oxidation spotting forming toward the muzzle. The stock retains about 40% factory varnish with the balance worn to a pleasing dark untouched patina. Tight wood-to-metal fit with moderate wear overall and a just really honest, unmolested appearance. There is some very minor chipping along the edges of the butt and a super tight old 1" hairline crack at the front left side of the forearm. Original hammer, trigger, lever & locking nut, loading gate, dust cover, buttplate with trapdoor compartment (cleaning rod absent), forend cap, and magazine tube & band. Screws appear to be original. Crystal clear original barrel address, caliber marking, model designation, and serial number "336159" on lower tang. Action is very smooth, crisp, and secure and functions perfectly. Rifling is worn and pitted at the very tip of the muzzle but otherwise the bore shows good rifling overall with moderate/heavy blackpowder frosting and pinprick pitting scattered throughout. A very solid original '73 Winchester with a great Western look..

Winchester Model 94 lever action rifle. This one is a limited edition centennial model, marked "1894-1994" on the right side of the receiver, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Model 94 rifle. Caliber is .30-30. This is the Ranger model, with angle eject and crossbolt safety. Like other Model 94s, it has a 20 inch barrel, open sights, smooth hardwood stock and a 6 shot tube magazine. This rifle is in mint condition. The metal is beautiful, no rust or pitting anywhere, bore is bright and shiny. The condition of the wood is also excellent with no dings or scratches. This one was likely a safe queen.

Winchester Model 1894 Ref #1041. Early five digit serial number. Dated 1897. This Winchester is a lever action, sporting rifle, octagon barrel, full mag. Dated 1897 Stock is excellent, appears original. A few marks. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 26” long with sights intact. The read sights are intact and appear original. Bore is very nice, no obvious corrosion, does not appear to have ever seen black powder. Rifling throughout. Bluing is 40-50%. There are bumps and scratches on metal expected on a plus 125-year-old firearm. The drivers side receiver has a few light scratches and bangs. Screws have been used but are still usable. There is one on the loading port side that may have been a replacement. The lever functions well, safety checks out and the trigger pull, and drop are good. Firing pin is evident and protrudes when pushed on. Ejector is intact and tight, and magazine follower functions correctly.  Overall, I grade this firearm as good and should be fully functional. I don’t see many from this time frame with bores looking this good. I did not test with snap caps or fire. Only reasonable offers are considered. Low ball offers will not be responded to. Winchester Model 1894 38-55 Ref #1040 This Winchester is a lever action, sporting rifle, octagon barrel, full mag. Dated 1895 Stock is very good – good. Small tang crack 1” long, and a minor chip gone at tang. Forearm has an app. 2” crack and a few very minor cracks. The stock has typical bang marks. Finish appears original or period correct. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 26” long with sights intact, rear sight may have been replaced at one time, again period correct. Bore has black powder corrosion but it’s clean now and has rifling top to bottom. Bluing appears original and app. 75-85% throughout. Winchester Model 1895 30-40 Krag Ref #1047 This Winchester is a lever action, sporting rifle, round barrel, shotgun style rear stock. Dated 1903. Stock is in good shape, forend has a few chips missing next to metal, the rear stock is excellent, finish is period correct. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Made in about 1902, a Winchester 1873 lever action rifle in caliber 22 long has a 24 inch barrel, a dark worn bore showing some rifling and has original sights. Works nice as a single shot, inner magazine tube is missing. Metal condition is good with little blue remaining. Stock is very nice with no cracks and original finish. Forend has a crack but is functional. The inner magazine tube is available from time to time but the function as a single shot is perfect.

This ORIGINAL 1895 Marlin rifle was shipped from the New Haven, Connecticut factory on Apr. 29, 1903. Solidly built for the larger calibers, this one in 38-56 cal. and is in NRA fine condition. The receiver now appears as silver although its original case hardening pattern can still be made out. The rest of the metal has taken on a brownish patina. All numbers and lettering are sharp and legible. The barrel a 26 inch long smokeless steel SPECIAL order half round, half octagon version, with a 1/2 magazine. The bore is good with intact rifling and a bit of shine. The wood is a SPECIAL order walnut with a beautiful grain pattern on both the forearm as well as the butt stock. While no longer factory available the 38-56 caliber is equivalent to the 35 Rem. Reloading components are available from various sources. Marlin only produced only 18,000 Model 1895's, in contrast to Winchester producing 160,000 model 1886's which was the Marlin's counterpart and competition. This alone makes the Marlin a comparatively rare firearm. Factory Letter is included. All components that are numbered have been determined to be Matching!
