J. Steven’s A&T Co. Chicopee Falls APR 17 93. Neat break down gallery gun looking thing. Single shot falling block. Pull the lever down and a round can be loaded. Hammer then cocked to fire. Hammer spring is strong. Extracts well. Bolt underneath unscrews a bit and then the barrel can be taken off. It has had a repair done on the receiver. Best I can tell it’s made between 1893 & 1939. Not sure if I’ve ever actually shot it lol. It’s worn. Be lucky to find any blueing left. It has been loved and used for a long time before I got it. Can ship anywhere on buyers dime. Look at this early war survivor! The Stock matches the breach as well as the bolt! You don’t see that too often! This is a two groove barrel in good condition nice and clean. Also comes with a Canadian C broad Arrow 1942 marked original sling. The stock is in very good condition. However, the wrist does have a small armoury repair. This makes a nice collector piece or go to the range and use it. Looking to part with my beautiful Browning BLR 81L Long Action in 7mm Rem Mag. Serial # trace sets it as manufactured in 1993. Heavy steel receiver and made in Japan. You may find the odd minor blemish here and there on the stock if you look really, really hard. But the stock and bluing is near perfect top to bottom. Slight discoloration on the side of the bolt as shown in the photos. I bought this rifle at a gun show a couple years back and don't know who the first owners were. I had plans of topping it with an optic but have not purchased one for it (just the bases). I have put 38 rounds down range over the past 4 years with the irons. Always cleaned and lightly oiled after each use. It is hard to believe this rifle is 33 years old. I just don't love the lever action as much as I thought I would, and I'm looking to change to a bolt action in a different caliber for my future intentions. That being said, this action and BLR is as smooth as butter. Package includes: Rifle: Browning BLR 81L – Long Action (7mm Rem Mag). Magazines: Two 3-round detachable box magazines. One is open box but unused. I bought it as an extra, and one came with the rifle. (these are expensive to buy separately, usually $130-150 each–made in Japan). Easily accommodates 2 rifles ( see photos ) ...... a great metal gun case ( if somewhat heavy construction ) which I purchased to hunt overseas. It has not seen much use ( actually only  1 flight on a hunting trip to New Zealand  carrying both a Malcolm scoped 16 lb., 32" barreled Sharps long range and an a scoped 10 lb. mid range ) , as well as a dozen or so trips by car to various gun shows in North America, at which I used to display various select arms from my Sharps and Remington Rolling Block collection. The sturdily built case weighs about 17.8 lbs. by itself and measures 53 1/2 " x 13 1/4 " x 4 1/2" . I have tried my best to photograph and show the few dents on both sides of the case. These are now in the $600 plus price range for a new one. YES, both keys still come with it!   I am willing to ship at buyer’s expense, or offer local pick up --- I am also in Red Deer one day per week and can arrange to meet there, or enroute, for delivery.
